I have worked with Erika at Atelier for a few years and she has really transformed our entire house. Erika’s taste is impeccable and everything has tied together beautifully. I could not have achieved such a beautiful result by doing it myself. Everyone who has visited our home has commented on the furnishings and designs. Working with Erika is effortless and enjoyable. i worked with Erika of Atelier on a master bath remodel in my 1912 bungalow. She instantly understood my style and aesthetic of simple, clean and in the gray/white tones. She effectively navigated me through every step of the process, directing me towards tile, counters, cabinets and finishes that matched exactly with my style. She was always very price conscious in helping me select the materials, which I appreciated. Erika also managed the contractors, a task that I was happy to have her own. Erika was always responsive to emails and text and always willing to come over to the house to review progress on the project. I also worked with Erika to help select art for the house, my first venture into purchasing art. With her amazing help, she was able to locate galleries and art work within my budget and schedule them to be delivered and temporarily hung while i decided. I ended up purchasing several pieces. Working with Erika was a true pleasure and I would recommend her for any project.

We were a little hesitant to take the plunge and work with a designer to help us decorate our new home. But after meeting with Erika at Atelier, we felt like they could help us spend our money wisely to make the biggest impact. We blew our initial budget out of the water (we did so much more than we initially thought we would), but we couldn’t be happier with the way everything has turned out! Erika really pushed us out of our comfort zone and challenged us to think differently, which opened our minds to new design ideas, colors, and textures. Our home is much more contemporary than what we originally had envisioned, but now we crave color and texture more with each room we decorate. One of the best parts of working with a designer, is the access to things that you would not be aware of beyond the commercialized stores and brands. Each time someone new comes into our home, they are just blown away at how stunning our home is. It’s always a great reminder that we don’t regret a penny that we have spent! Because of working with Erika, our home is now contemporary, unique, and beyond gorgeous! I moved from Washington state to California. I came from a house into a one bedroom apartment. Katie asked me how I felt about my current furniture. She was concerned the scale would not work in my new small surroundings. With her guideance we kept some pieces I loved and I purchased pieces that were the proper scale for my apartment. I live in a Retirement Community now and my fellow residents love to come and see how color and scale can be used so beautifully!

Erika did a great job and made it easy on me as a busy professional. Materials, trades people and logistics were all expertly managed.

Erika and her team did a wonderful job redecorating every room in my house from beginning to end. First they really listened to what I wanted to get a broad concept for the design. Then we went room by room selecting furniture, paint color and accessories. Then they handled delivery and installation of everything to the point where I barely had to lift a finger. It was truly top tier design and service and I couldn't be happier.

I know our finished product wouldn't have been near as good without Erika and Atelier! We built a new home in Denver and made all of the early design decisions ourselves with the help of our architect. At the point when we needed to order tile I became overwhelmed and decided we needed professional help! We chose Atelier based on their previous projects - I really liked their use of color and uniqueness of design! Atelier helped us with our tile selections, hard surfaces, furniture, wall colors, and window coverings. When we began with color/fabric pallets, I was blown away by the ideas Erika came up with! I liked everything! The hard part for me was making choices! Erika was very good at reading our tastes and helping to narrow things down. I really appreciated her specific reasoning when we made decisions. She communicated ideas very well. It was a big job and I know I was a picky client who takes a while to mull things over. Erika was very patient, but also conscious of deadlines. I love the feel of our new home! We would use Atelier again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Erika from Atelier Interior Design worked with us to design a kitchen/living room remodel with the goal of opening up this space to our beautiful back yard. It was a total pleasure to work with Erika. As this was my first major renovation project, I appreciated her constant support and responsiveness as she guided me through the process, and valued her reliable Contractor recommendations. Erika and her team incorporated my "wish list" into a very classy yet functional kitchen and living room that I love. I would highly recommended Atelier Interior Design and Erika for any size renovation project.

We enlisted the services of Erika and Atelier Interior Design to help us renovate a newly acquired loft in an historic building in Downtown Denver. The unit had been neglected for several years and suffered from a poorly designed floor plan that did not realize the full potential of the space. Our goal was to embrace the historic nature of the loft while at the same time giving it a fresh, updated look. The scope of the project included relocating the kitchen, dining room and office, redefining rooms by adding and removing walls, re-engineering the staircase and landing, and updating two bathrooms. Erika listened to our ideas, incorporating the ones that fit into the design concept she envisioned, and offered alternatives to the ones that might disrupt the cohesive look of the space. She encouraged us to consider ideas outside of our comfort zone but never pushed too hard on ideas we did not want to pursue. She presented many options and used our feedback to alter the direction appropriately. On the few occasions we felt uneasy about furnishing choices, color combinations, etc. she encouraged us to trust her that it would all come together to our liking. The result is that we have a beautifully renovated loft that is as unique as the building itself, including many one of a kind pieces we would never have found ourselves. Erika's ideas and design have given us a loft that lives up to the potential we envisioned when we purchased it.

My partner and I own a shoe store, Two Sole Sisters, in Boulder, Colorado. We worked with Atelier design in 2007 to open our first location and contacted them in 2015 to help us with our second location in Denver. The thing I appreciate most is Erika and Katie were able to keep the look consistent with our other store but give it a more contemporary, fresh look. Our first meeting we were able to lock down most fabrics we used because they were on point with their design ideas. They transformed a gnome store (a magical dark forest) into a women's chic shoe boutique in a short amount of time. They are punctual, quick to respond, creative, and innovative as well as good listeners. Katie and Erika also have a great sense of humor which goes a long way.

I used Atelier Design for a remodel of my family room/nook earlier this year. Katie is a true pro, but also a blast to work with! She and her staff expertly guided me through material selection, walking that fine line of letting me be in charge of selection of design elements but steering me away from "poor choices". Love this firm! Very responsive and professional!

I wish I could give the Atelier design team 10 stars. My husband and I had just bought our first single family home and were looking to make it our own. We both work long hours and are definitely not gifted with the creative, design eye. Atelier kept us on task and within budget. They provided us detailed instructions on what to buy off the shelf in order to save our dollars for the more custom, preferred items. In the end, the 'reveal' was more than we could have imagined.
