Aimee helped me make countless decisions on my kitchen, laundry, and bath remodel. I was so nervous to make decisions that were costly and permanent. While I had a vision for how I wanted my space to feel, I didn't know how to make it happen. Aimee was able to bring my vision to life and help me make the final decisions. She also was really good at watching our budget and telling me where it was important to spend money, and where it was ok to choose a less expensive option.

Aimee is the best! She is professional, committed, enthusiastic and fun to work with. She absolutely listened to my opinion, but she also pushed me a little to think outside the box. I liked that! Our Casita turned out perfectly!

It was so easy to use and my designer (Aimee Hernandez and Taige) was so much fun to work with. She understood my exact needs and she was so helpful even after the project has finished. All 4000 sq ft of my house has been reborn. She continually brought new ideas to the table that I would never have thought of. The end result is amazing in every way, from the hardwood, kitchen, bathrooms and all of the new furniture it is simply amazing. Simple changes like moving my existing artwork to new places and adding small inexpensive nick nacks. I love my new/old house. I have also gained an amazing friendship.

When we were first considering a kitchen remodel we were paralyzed by the fear of permanent decision making. We've made many expensive mistakes in the past and thought about hiring a designer to avoid them. We were caught with indecision again when we looked into the cost of hiring a designer. The cost actually absorbed itself with her decision making, connections, and ideas. Hiring Amy was the best decision we could have made. She collaborated, coordinated, and steered us in the right direction. A huge savings came from her recommended cabinet maker. Believe it or not he was less expensive than the sale price of cabinets at Home Depot, and gave us a beautifully made custom kitchen. Her knowledge of all the cool stuff and where to to buy things was another money saving advantage. Amy is a sharp and very thoughtful person. She really takes the time to think about the lay out, design choices, lighting, things we didn't even think of, and also listened to our ideas as well. We never felt she rushed or controlled us, but at the same time she was a gentle force. She was the perfect fit for us. In the end, we were wrong thinking a designer is expensive. She actually paid her self by getting us connected to the right products and people. We highly recommend Amy.

Great design work on a extensive whole house remodel. Provided several options for our space plan which was terrific. Everything turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with our layout and increased square footage that was added!

Aimee Hernandez Design has helped me with 3 projects in my house - a small kitchen update where I added in an eating nook and new cabinets, a full basement redesign for a craft room, and she and her interior designer, Taige Clark, helped me reorganize my entire house. Aimee is wonderful to work with and always very professional, timely, organized and uses the allotted appointment time very efficiently. She has a great understanding of construction, recognizing potential complications and working through them before the construction phase, which saves a lot of money. She also has a great vision for floor plan designs and can work with her clients to find the best option for their particular needs and house. In my case, it was a small kitchen, limited storage and budget. She gave me a number of excellent suggestions and I've been thrilled with the outcome ever since, especially all of the storage I gained through her suggestions. Thereafter, I hired her and Taige to help me with a reorganization and redesign of my house. I was very happy with the outcome, especially with Taige's ability to intermix all of my different chotchkie items to make them look neat, orderly and not overly cluttered, which was quite a task given the amount of items I have collected over the years. Overall, you cannot go wrong hiring Aimee Hernandez Design. She is wonderful to work with, has a great network of professionals, and is able to work on projects of all size and scope. I highly recommend her.

We have really enjoyed working with Aimee and Taige on our early 1900s kitchen remodel design. They have been very responsive and easy to work with. They listen to our thoughts and concerns and are respectful of maintaining the charm of our old home while providing excellent suggestions on how we can update it. Fabulous firm to work with!
