Classic modern entry room with wooden print vinyl floors and a vaulted ceiling with an exposed beam and a wooden ceiling fan. There's a white brick fireplace surrounded by grey cabinets and wooden shelves. There are three hanging kitchen lights- one over the sink and two over the kitchen island. There are eight recessed lights in the kitchen as well, and four in the entry room.

The entryway's tray ceiling is enhanced with the same wallpaper used on the dining room walls and the corridors. A contemporary polished chrome LED pendant light adds graceful movement and a unique style.

Mur bleu foncé mat mur et porte donnant de la profondeur, panoramique toit de paris recouvrant la porte des toilettes pour la faire disparaitre, meuble à chaussures blanc et bois tasseaux de pin pour porte manteaux, et tablette sac. Changement des portes classiques blanches vitrées par de très belles portes vitré style atelier en metal et verre. Lustre moderne à 3 éclairages

広々とゆとりのある土間玄関は、家族の自転車を停めておくのにも十分な広さを確保しました。大容量のトールタイプのシューズクロゼットのおかげで、収納量も十分。玄関回りを常にすっきりと保つことができます。土間フロアには駐車場と同じく、色が深く汚れの目立ちにくいカラーコンクリートを採用しました。収納扉だけでなく玄関扉も引き戸にしたことで使いやすく、デッドスペースをつくらずに、空間を広く有効に使えます。

Réorganisation du placard de l'entrée. Changement du chauffe eau pour libérer de l'espace et mettre une véritable penderie. Changement des portes coulissantes bas de gamme par des portes sur mesure fondues dans les murs. Installation d'un miroir toute hauteur pour se préparer avant de partir. Nous avons réchauffé l'ensemble de l'appartement avec un parquet contrecollé en chêne. L'entrée en L manquait cruellement de lumière avec un seul point lumineux, nous avons installé un rail avec des spots qui couvre davantage de surface.

Sometimes a project starts with a statement piece. The inspiration and centrepiece for this apartment was a pendant light sourced from France. The Vertigo Light is reminiscent of a ladies’ racing day hat, so the drama and glamour of a day at the races was the inspiration for all other design decisions. I used colour to create drama, with rich, deep hues offset with more neutral greys to add layers of interest and occasional moments of wow. The floor – another bespoke element – combines functionality with visual appeal to meet the brief of having a sense of walking on clouds, while functionally disguising pet hair. Storage was an essential part in this renovation and clever solutions were identified for each room. Apartment living always brings some storage constraints, so achieving space saving solutions with efficient design is key to success. Rotating the kitchen achieved the open floor plan requested, and brought light and views into every room, opening the main living area to create a wonderful sense of space. A juxtaposition of lineal design and organic shapes has resulted in a dramatic inner city apartment with a sense of warmth and homeliness that resonated with the clients.
