Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Jacksonville
Nestled amongst a street of similarly designed homes, these owners wanted their home to stand out among the crowd as well as provide a safe environment at night. OLP Jax lit up the front with our Boca spot lights and Cayman well lights install to be flush within the paver driveway under the stacked stone pillars at the front door. Additional lighting included path/area lights around the screen enclosure/pool area and two Boca spot lights on their feature palm trees.

Clint Miller Architect
This residence adorned the cover of Phoenix Home & Garden magazine for the Masters of the Southwest 2010 issue, which inducted Clint Miller into that honored group. The residence’s courtyard design efficiently incorporates a motor court, garages, swimming pool and backyard views to a natural Sonoran wash, while the courtyard’s architectural character resembles a rural European courtyard which has expanded over time.
The roof is a multi-colored, two-piece, mission clay tile which incorporates a heavy-stacked eve detail. The home embraces human scale with a deeply recessed multi-paneled front door, framed by a richly detailed concrete surround, which recalls similar details in early 1900’s Spanish motifs.
The details and spaces of this home were developed directly from the needs for this family.
Ventura Homes
This home has a wonder front entry and huge front porch. The entire idea of the home was to provide finishes with Mediterranean flare and impressive heights throughout the interior and exterior.

Located on four acres in rural Santa Margarita, The Jacobson Residence is a contemporary early California/Spanish-influenced family home. Designed for a couple and their two young children, this large home aims to capture the views of Santa Margarita Valley while complimenting the rural setting.
Architecturally, the Spanish influence is characterized by the stucco finish, turreted entry, tile roof and iron work details throughout. At just over 4,900 SF the interior layout includes enough space to meet the needs of the parents and children alike. A large great room and kitchen feature vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, arched doorways and travertine floors. For the children, an 800 SF play room, located on the second floor opens to a balcony overlooking the back of the property. The play room, complete with its own bathroom and exterior entry, has the flexibility to later be converted into a guest apartment.
The expansive rear patio backs up to acres of lush grass and the Santa Margarita countryside. The outdoor fireplace and large French doors leading into the house, make this space ideal for entertaining and enjoying the views.
