What a pleasant experience! When I called to ask for help in repairing my exterior landscape lighting I was greeted with a friendly and willing reception. They were able to work me in quickly so I wouldn't have to wait for weeks to get the repair work done. The young men that arrived were very professional and friendly and so easy to work with. They went through all my lighting and found several issues fixing them so know it all works perfectly! Happy customer. I highly recommend!!!

I have used Outdoor Lighting Perspectives for a couple of projects now; they are awesome to deal with! Friendly, courteous, their staff is AMAZING! The first project was the outdoor lighting for my home and WOW, what a difference it made, it went from a beautiful home to SPECTACULAR! I was very interested in permanent holiday lighting as I LOVE to decorate for ALL holidays so I contacted Jim and explained my need. I received a call from Jim about a month later with the perfect solution as I live in an HOA so I needed descrete lighting. Jim and his team installed the Gemstone Lights on my home two weeks ago and I absolutely love them! True Professionals..! Love working with OLP Jacksonville..! Great design - in our Front, Side, and Back yards. Javier did the initial design 3 years ago, and we added additional lighting last year. Great look, adding value to our house..! This year we met Jeff, who performed our annual maintenance. He did an outstanding job… all 28 fixtures are clean and lighting our yard. We first used OLP Augusta, Ga for lighting our home there. Patrick and his Team were terrific also…. 13 years of outstanding service..! Julio found and fixed a long standing problem with the wiring of a system that had two transformers burn out. He was very thorough and even moved a light fixture to a safer spot.

My experience with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Jacksonville was perfect from start to finish. Javier did an amazing design plan. He listened to everything we wanted and he described the plan so graphically that I could imagine the final look. It was absolutely gorgeous - very soft and inviting. I definitely recommend this company.

We signed the contract with Lighting Designer, Javier M., the end of October 2021, for a low voltage LED lighting system installation. Javier did an excellent job of coordinating all aspects of our project. He kept us informed every step of the way, from letting us know of arrival times and giving detailed information on how they would install lights among our brick pavers. The crew did a great job installing lights and cleanup. Lights make our red brick home look fantastic at night. We are super pleased with our new decorations.

I highly recommend Jim and his install team “Outdoor Lighting Perspectives” for any outdoor lighting installations. I knew we needed help, former owners left us with a bare minimum of outside lighting. We like to walk our dog after dark and lighting was basically 3 inefficient decorative bulbs. Jim quickly responded, arrived on time and formalized an optimal option. We discussed types of hardware, warranty and the subtle presentation we hoped for. In a couple of days he sent a specific multipage install estimate listing all items, specs, costs, options and totals. Jim has a system in place via online making process easy. He also provided other homes in the community that his team had completed that I could visit or utilize for HOA guidelines. We confirmed an install date. His team arrived early, went over the steps, options and what would be needed and how long the job would last. I had several request concerning location of the transformer. They were courteous, made helpful suggestions and even vacuumed up the concrete dust and lightly pruned existing landscaping. Jim even came by and we upgraded one light to better accommodate the angle and quiet intensity I wanted. We also went from a 5 watt to a 7 watt on one placement for improved balance. Jim only took my check when job was completed. Thanks again Jim for you and your team’s expertise and removing a negative situation for a positive and customizing my outdoor lighting I had hoped for. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE. Jim and his team were exceptional throughout the design, installation and continuing service. There is nothing they can't take care of and always quick to respond and with a pleasant positive attitude. We have been very pleased from day one. Lighting is great, reliable and beautiful. Great experiences with OLP. Jim and Javier are top notch professionals. The did the uplighting for our exterior last March. We called them for a consultation for a backyard project and ultimately hired them -again! That says a lot. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
