not happy with the customer service as the blinds i bought are beautiful but there is an issue that has not been addressed in nearly one year. i guess they think i will just go away but i will not, so for this reason i give them no stars. i would not recommend this company to anyone!

We had top notch service from start to finish with GVWC. We were contacted promptly after submitting an inquiry and the first appointment with Harun was very educational. He took the time to answer all our questions and to show us samples and colors from two quality brands. After our appointment, we received the bid for two different brands from Brandon. After comparing the bid and the level of service with another company, we chose GVWC due to both the product and service. Then the coronavirus lockdown came about and Brandon and Harun kept us informed all along the way until they were safely able to schedule installation. George and his crew were efficient and professional and we love our new shades. I highly recommend this company.

I had Grand Valley install plantation shutters thru my home and was very pleased with the whole process from pricing ,ordering ,and installation they arrived on time and were done in two hours with no mess left behind. I’m not a fan of people working in my home they were efficient and respectful of property and reasonable Very pleased!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and worked with multiple companies to get a quote for window coverings. We decided on Grand Valley Window Coverings for two main reasons: (1) the experience going through the quote process and (2) the reasonable price for high quality products. Going through the quote process was very enlightening as the GVWC representative explained the various products and their pros and cons as well as things to watch for regardless of who we would choose. We felt like family and had a great vibe before selecting them. Since our home was new, we had no window coverings. GVWC provided temporary shades for all of our windows - and there are a lot of them - at no extra cost. Everything they said they would do they did and they were always on time and responded quickly to texts/emails. The installers were equally good, very personable and helpful, and did quality work. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone looking to get window coverings for their home.

October 7, 2019 Grand Valley Windows is the company you want coming to your home or business. The entire team is professional honest and the best customer service experience you will receive. I have already recommended to family and friends. I spoke with Harun letting him know we were interested in shutters he came to our home showed us the different samples and options and just in the short time his customer service is one you don’t see these days. Harun told me it is about you as the customer making sure you are completely satisfied with the product you order. Brandon followed up the next day in writing what the quote was broke down the different options and it was exactly what Harun and I talked about. George and his crew who installed the shutters very professional he made sure everything was perfect he took the time to go over how to properly open and clean the shutters he answered any question I had he and his crew gave excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the company and the people who work there. Absolutely seamless process; kudos to the entire team for making the purchase and process a breeze. There was a minor glitch in one of the 4 vertical blind installations and it was remedied the very next day. I would definitely recommend and would hire them again.

When I planned on more window coverings, I had no hesitation to call Harun and Brandon again. Like last year, they are extremely reliable and professional. I am totally happy with my new shades. This company is simply the best!

But after working with Grand Valley Window Coverings to install window shutters at our house I can truly say they are near the top of their field in terms of their professionalism and performance. Harun came out to our house and showed us what was available and fully explained all of our options. Once we decided on the product, the order was placed quickly and the installation was unbelievably quick and easy. Every aspect of the operation was first rate. I represent many contractors and subcontractors and my clients could learn how to run a consumer oriented business from Harun. I highly recommend Grand Valley.

Grand Valley Blinds was AMAZING! From our very first consultation with Harun, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. To Brandon who got us our quote quickly and it was only one page and easy to read! (I received one quote that was almost 100 pages long). They were on top of ordering and installation they even put us on the schedule probably before they should of just because it gets busy around the end of the year. And lastly, George our installer was not only friendly, he was helpful, efficient, and very knowledgeable himself! If you are looking for blinds and you want someone that will do the work and do it well plus some go with these guys! I would give them 20 stars if I was able to!

Harun came our home to quote window coverings for bedroom and bathroom. I had another window service also quote a price . I liked Harun and his professional presentation so much so emailed the price difference as I wanted to work with his company. Not only did he match the somewhat lower cost of the competing company but true to their advertisement deducted another 10% from their bid. I am now having them replace window coverings in our family room. Outstanding service on very high quality product. The window coverings are beautiful and it was such a pleasure to work with Harun and his installer. Will recommend this company to anyone needing their service.
