The Foundry is a locally owned and operated nonprofit company, We were privileged to work with them in finishing the Coffee and Bar Space. With specific design and functions, we helped create a workable space with function and design.

A wine bar off this new construction timber lake house kitchen captures the long water views from both the island prep sink and perimeter clean up sink, which are both flanked by their own respective dishwashers. The homeowners often entertain parties of 14 to 20 friends and family who love to congregate in the kitchen and adjoining keeping room which necessitated the six-place snack bar. Although a large space overall, the work triangle was kept tight. Gourmet chef appliances include 2 warming drawers, 2 ovens and a steam oven, and a microwave, with a hidden drop-down TV tucked between them.

This property was transformed from an 1870s YMCA summer camp into an eclectic family home, built to last for generations. Space was made for a growing family by excavating the slope beneath and raising the ceilings above. Every new detail was made to look vintage, retaining the core essence of the site, while state of the art whole house systems ensure that it functions like 21st century home. This home was featured on the cover of ELLE Décor Magazine in April 2016. G.P. Convenient sink and counter top combination with gray cabinetry/drawers, silver accents, black granite counter top and drop-in sink. Additionally, custom wooden shelving added above the sink providing a decorative appeal.

This porcelain tile is reminiscent of reclaimed New York brick. It offers a modern rustic feel in this basement bar and is the perfect background for the liquor display.
