Main Streets and Back Roads... The homeowners fell in love with this spectacular Lynnfield, MA Colonial farmhouse, complete with iconic New England style timber frame barn, grand outdoor fireplaced living space and in-ground pool. They bought the prestigious location with the desire to bring the home’s character back to life and at the same time, reconfigure the layout, expand the living space and increase the number of rooms to accommodate their needs as a family. We created a space for our homeowners to house their modest wine collection directly off of the kitchen. This is a custom unit with wooden top and pulls. For character and storage we added black box shelves above.

2021 - 3,100 square foot Coastal Farmhouse Style Residence completed with French oak hardwood floors throughout, light and bright with black and natural accents.

A small bar area sits in a corner of the Conservatory. The entire wall system and cabinet were designed using the 200 yr old beams from the basement excavation and is a nice contrast to the sleek finishes throughout the home. A turquoise retro mini fridge keeps snacks and drinks at the right temp and saves one from traveling the 4 flights of stairs down to the Kitchen.

This small space provided an opportunity to build in a cozy bar off the Family Room. Built in shelving inside the niche keeps the bottles less visible but plenty of storage. Leathered Black Titanium Granite is an elegant statement for the bar countertop and backsplash

Two walls were taken down to open up the kitchen and to enlarge the dining room by adding the front hallway space to the main area. Powder room and coat closet were relocated from the center of the house to the garage wall. The door to the garage was shifted by 3 feet to extend uninterrupted wall space for kitchen cabinets and to allow for a bigger island.
