Die freie, unberührte und zudem durchsichtige Glasfläche lädt von Beginn zum eigenen kreativen Schaffen ein. Erhältlich in vier verschiedenen Größen, entsprechen die angegebenen Maße des Bilderrahmens den jeweiligen DIN-Formaten A2, A3, A4 und A5. Für eine Präsentation im Stil eines Passepartouts ist ein Bild mit geringeren Abmaßen zu wählen. Im Bilderrahmenformat A4 eignet sich beispielsweise ein A5 Print, eine Postkarte ziert den kleinsten der angebotenen Rahmen FRAME. Besonders reizend ist dabei die bestehende transparente Freifläche, die dem Ausstellungsstück zusätzlichen Raum gibt und einen nahezu schwebenden Charakter verleiht. Popular from about 1890 through 1940, Tudor is characterized by steeply pitched roofs, massive chimneys, tall narrow casement windows and decorative half-timbering. Shingle’s hallmarks include shingled walls, an asymmetrical façade, intersecting cross gables and extensive porches. A masterpiece of wood and stone, there is nothing ordinary about Rookwood, which combines the best of both worlds. Once inside the foyer, the 3,500-square foot main level opens with a 27-foot central living room with natural fireplace. Nearby is a large kitchen featuring an extended island, hearth room and butler’s pantry with an adjacent formal dining space near the front of the house. The house hosts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with the master suite on the first level and 2 guest rooms, full bath and sitting area on the second level. The interior walls and ceilings of the public spaces are birch paneled to amplify the acoustical effect of the baby grand piano in the main living room. The custom made 4 foot diameter iron chandelier dominates the high volume of the main living room, with custom titanium ceiling fans circulating air to eliminate the need for supplemental heating and cooling in the house. The adjacent open kitchen-dining room plan filling out the view side of the main floor plan. The custom fabricated steel "Rooster Gate" was commissioned from and designed in collaboration with the famous, late french sculptor Lucien Ferrenbach who resided nearby with his artist wife BeBe. "LuLu" also created the sculptural deck railings, roof brackets fireplace tools and andirons as well as numerous landscape follies for the house.

The loft sports an incredible view and has access to all the family bedrooms. Floating shelves and an area to study or read. The shades are all motorized Lutron shades. The glass railing is capped with a custom modern designed hand rail of natural walnut. The top of the stair is the beginning of a dramatic 3 - story custom stairwell and custom chandelier. This property was completed gutted to the floor joists and then totally renovated. Under the existing plaster wall was a gorgeous original brick wall which was carefully repaired. Exposing this wall keeps the character of the property. We brought in all the furniture and accessories.
