Delivered to the wrong apartment. Lied about return policy - claiming they couldn't take it back without the original packaging until I told them that I had the original packaging. Extremely disappointed.

Room Service failed miserably to deliver on their name - they should be called NO service. After spending thousands $$ on a table, I was promised delivery and setup. With little to poor communication the delivery was delayed then canceled, then when it finally arrived, assembly was left halfway because of missing parts. Too many phone calls back and forth with little to no advancement, days spent waiting around for feedback. My table still sits halfway done without the necessary parts after 1 month of being toyed with. My advice: do not deal with them. And RoomService, I'm still waiting for you to fix this!

Beautiful pieces but terrible customer service. Their delivery companies are totally incompetent to handle such special furniture. I bought a pop mirror 81" x 81" which was brought by two men without any special equipment to handle glass/mirrors. They could not complete the delivery. And today, again two men who complained about bringing a chair and ottoman to the second floor because "the company never said it was going to be brought to the second floor." The shopping experience at Room Service left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend it to anyone who is serious about their purchases.

If I could make this a zero or negative rating I would ! After 16 weeks to receive a dining room table the table is defective ( mechanism for collapsing ) as well as structurally damage. Sent out two different repair teams unable to correct problem. After 6 months after order was placed just picking up table no replacement for table. They have not even refunded the purchase. I have had to contact American Express to dispute charge

The quality of the furniture was topnotch. Service was superb. We have furnished our living room, dining room, family room, and master bedroom entirely form them. Steve and the staff were very helpful at ever step of the process. We give them a 5 out of 5. We recommend them very highly.

Excellent quality furniture ! Purchased furniture, lamps, rugs and other accessories from this store back in 2008. Still using everything successfully. Designers models are always in style. Had some items to repair due to flooding in my condo in 2018 , All repairs were done right away free of charge !! That kind of service was very welcomed and unexpected at all! Very knowledgeable and responsible owners and people who are working from them !!

We love our new Hystrix table (by Cattelan Italia). The delivery men were professional and courteous. They took great care installing our new table, positioned it exactly where we wanted it and cleaned off the glass after handling it. We've received a few compliments on it. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Naz. Churchville. PA We are very happy with everything. We bought a few things from room 360 and every time they provided a very good customer service. exceptional quality of everything we bought. We bought a few sofas and couch , 2 bedroom furnitures . I will definitely buy a few more things from Room 360. Delivery team is punctual , nice , polite.

Let's Get Stone'd INC Marble and Granite

we were looking for something different for our home and after we visited RoomService360 we found everything that we were looking for! This place is amazing! all items are unique and quality is superb and reasonably priced!!! very knowledgeable sales staff and customer service was great! I would recommend them anytime!

Last week we received our beautiful Cattelan Italia extension dining room table. It arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery/setup team were terrific. The communication and customer service were excellent. If you call the store, it just like dealing with a retail store in your own town (only I am not able to get modern, Italian furniture in my town!) I highly recommend them.

We ordered a Bonaldo sofa bed. Art was extremely helpful from day one. He made it easy for us to accurately place our order. His responses were always prompt and he made sure the whole process went smoothly. We received our order on time and in perfect condition. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommended this company.
