Unique Home Solutions Inc. specialises in finding solutions to make a home more marketable and appealing to a potential purchaser. Home owners who do not wish to sell, can have us create a new look for their home through consultations on room colors, furniture layouts, adding accessories and lighting. If a property is vacant, we will stage it by supplying and installing furniture, lighting, rugs, art work and accessories to bring out the properties' best features. Rearranging furniture and de-cluttering a home before it goes on the market will make the home owner fall in love with his home again or 'wow" a potential purchaser. Joanne and her family did an excellent job staging our two bedroom condo in the Little Burgundy neighborhood. We received a lot of compliments from agents that visited our unit and potential buyers. Working with Joanne is very stress free- once you book with her, she takes creative control and you don’t have to worry about a thing - it was just perfect for us since we had a lot on our plates. I would recommend working with her!

This is the third time I have worked with Joanne and her team and, as in the past, they were extremely professional and competent. I was impressed by the fact that the furnishings and accessories were all "fresh", I didn't notice anything that had been used on previous projects. Joanne must be constantly updating her inventory! We do try to make every property we stage look different but of course we are a staging company so we need to reuse inventory.

We have though been purchasing thousands of dollars for new items because more buyers of the properties we have staged have been purchasing our inventory. I think furniture is harder to get now due to delivery and in stock problems so it is easier for buyers to keep our staging furniture especially if they plan on renting their property out. We have also been selling off and giving away items which are outdated or not used much to create more floor space in our warehouse. We definitely do enjoy working with new items.

Joanne helped us de-clutter and stage our home in Town of Mont Royal before we put it on the market. We had 3 offers within 24 hours of the first visit. I am sure the staging made the difference.
