Архитектурное решение дома в посёлке Лесная усадьба в основе своей очень просто. Перпендикулярно к главному двускатному объёму примыкают по бокам (несимметрично) 2 двускатных ризалита. С каждой стороны одновременно видно два высоких доминирующих щипца. Благодаря достаточно большим уклонам кровли и вертикальной разрезке окон и декора, на близком расстоянии фасады воспринимаются более устремлёнными вверх. Это же подчёркивается множеством монолитных колонн, поддерживающих высокую открытую террасу на уровне 1 этажа (участок имеет ощутимый уклон). Но на дальнем расстоянии воспринимается преобладающий горизонтальный силуэт дома. На это же работает мощный приземистый объём примыкающего гаража. В декоре фасадов выделены массивные плоскости искусственного камня и штукатурки, делающие форму более цельной, простой и также подчёркивающие вертикальность линий. Они разбиваются большими плоскостями окон в деревянных рамах.

This tiny house is a remodel project on a house with two bedrooms, plus a sleeping loft, as photographed. It was originally built in the 1970's, converted to serve as an Air BnB in a resort community. It is in-the-works to remodel again, this time coming up to current building codes including a conventional switchback stair and full bath on each floor. Upon completion it will become a plan for sale on the website Down Home Plans.

This Pacific Northwest home was designed with a modern aesthetic. We took a tired 1960s house and transformed it into modern family home. We extended to the back to add a new open plan kitchen & dining area with 3m high sliding doors and to the front to gain a master bedroom, en suite and playroom. We completely overhauled the power and lighting, increased the water flow and added underfloor heating throughout the entire house. The elegant simplicity of nordic design informed our use of a stripped back internal palette of white, wood and grey to create a continuous harmony throughout the house. We installed oak parquet floors, bespoke douglas fir cabinetry and southern yellow pine surrounds to the high performance windows.

When a house WOWS like this one, landscaping can be kept to a minimum to avoid distracting from the homes design.

This beautiful, lakeside, colonial located in Hopkinton, MA underwent one of the most beautiful siding transformations of the year using our GorillaPlank™ Siding System. Built in 1940, this lakeside home in Hopkinton, MA had old scalloped cedar shakes that had become old and worn out. The homeowners considered painting again, but did not want the costly expense of having to paint again, so they decided it was time to renovate and modernize their living space with a low-maintenance siding that closely resembled the appearance of wood. Everlast Composite Siding was the siding of choice using our GorillaPlank™ Siding System. Before installing the GorillaPlank™ Siding System, our expert team of installers went to work by stripping down the existing cedar shingles and clapboards down to the sheathing. After verifying the underlying condition of the sheathing, our team went ahead and set staging to protect the beautiful metal roofs, then proceeded to install the moisture barrier to protect the sheathing, and then installed insulation for added protection and comfort. The Rosario-A is a perfect modern home to fit narrow lots at only 48'-0" wide and extending the plan deep to fully utilize space. The striking façade is accentuated by a large shed roof that allows a vaulted ceiling over the main living areas. Clerestory windows in the vaulted ceiling allow light to flood the kitchen, living, and dining room. There is ample room with four bedroom, one of which being a guest suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. A stunning master suite, five piece bath, large vaulted covered patio and 3-car garage are the cherries on top of this amazing plan.
