Avan Construction was founded in 2005 by brothers Sati and Sasha Yuksek. Both grew up in Houston and graduated from The Awty International School. Sati went on to earn an engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and Sasha graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship from top ranked Babson College in Massachusetts. The combination of their knowledge, skills, and experience is the driving force behind the company. We appreciate the fact that construction projects can be an emotional undertaking for clients, thus we strive to make the process as easy as possible. Our employees and skilled sub-contractors take pride in delivering a product that exceeds expectations and maintaining ethical business practices. By making client satisfaction the top priority, we are able to build lasting relationships. We encourage our prospective clients to see our work in progress and are glad to arrange tours of our current projects. Avan Construction carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance which protects and insures our work. We also carry workers’ compensation insurance and have commercial automobile liability on all of our vehicles. Upon the commencement of each new project, clients are provided with certificates sent directly from our insurance company to ensure both they and their property are protected from anything that may arise as a result of the construction process. Additionally, all completed projects come with a written warranty
