My wife and I are using Signature Homes as our contractor to build our third home in Grand Junction, CO. Apex Design & Drafting were recommended by them to use during our house planning. We could not be more happy in their service. We worked with Brint Gahrett who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and timely. If I had to describe a specific attribute that I was impressed with, it would be his great listening ability to understand what we wanted. Brint was AWESOME!!! My Wife and I are in the process of building our first house ( General Contracting it ourselves ) and we got recommend to Brint by another home contractor in the valley. We are so glad that they did. We ended up using one of Brint’s stock plans and putting our own little touch on it. Brint was extremely patient with us not to mention being very prompt in our correspondence. We exchanged multiple emails regarding changes from walls inside the house to where the house would be sitting on the lot. Placing the house on the lot took five or six emails alone just to get it right. Brint was always accommodating and never made us feel like we were being “ That client “ that just couldn’t make up their minds. We would highly recommend anyone give Brint a call if you are looking for a Draftsman. You will not regret it.

Brint, are Apex Design has been fantastic to work with. His work quality is spot on and some of the best I've seen. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck with a flair of creativity, Brint and Apex Design is the place. I will without a doubt use him again on all projects.

Highly recommend Apex Design & Drafting! Brint did a great job designing our forever home. He came out to our property, assessed the landscape and views, and then went to work checking off every item on our wish list. We found Apex to be professional, ethical, personal, energetic yet very patient, and eager to provide us with everything we wanted in a home while also keeping our budget in mind. My job was a relatively simple job. Apex responded to my request promptly and got the job done for me at the price quoted within 2 days. There is tremendous growth and building going on in the valley we live in and its been remarkably difficult to even get tradesman to respond to calls or emails, much less get someone to take on a job, promptly do what they have contracted to do, and at a fair price. Apex Design did an amazing job creating and designing our home being mindful of our budget and still working in our special requests. He was very gracious and patient with changes we wanted to try and implement throughout the process of our project. We loved how he paid attention to details like lots of natural light throughout the home. He was always quick to respond to emails and completed things in a timely manner. He was passionate and particular about creating a functional yet unique home for us. We would definitely recommend Apex to design your future home or project!

We recently retired in Grand Junction, and purchased an APEX home. It was the most livable floor plan we had ever lived in, so we found Apex Design & Drafting and started on our dream custom home. We needed a home with a view out the front and one that addressed our sloping lot. We worked closely with Brint and with a strong inspiration from his vast library of floor plans to create our house.
