This post-war, plain bungalow was transformed into a charming cottage with this new exterior detail, which includes a new roof, red shutters, energy-efficient windows, and a beautiful new front porch that matched the roof line. Lake Caroline home I photographed for the real estate agent to put on the market, home was under contract with multiple offers on the first day.. Situated in the resplendent Lake Caroline subdivision, this home and the neighborhood will become your sanctuary. This brick-front home features 3 BD, 2.5 BA, an eat-in-kitchen, living room, dining room, and a family room with a gas fireplace. The MB has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. There is a bonus room upstairs, too, that you could use as a 4th bedroom, office, or playroom. There is also a nice deck off the kitchen, which overlooks the large, tree-lined backyard. This project included a complete gut and restoration of this tiny rustic one bedroom cabin. The owner purchased the house to use it for a office. Yet to be completed is the front porch.

This bungalow was sitting on the market, vacant. The owners had it virtually staged but never realized the furniture in the staged photos was too big for the space. Many potential buyers had trouble visualizing their furniture in this small home. We came in and brought all the furniture and accessories and it sold immediately. Sometimes when you see a property for sale online and it is virtually staged, the client might not realize it and expects to see the furniture in the home when they visit. When they don't, they start to question the actual size of the property. We want to create a vibe when you walk in the door. It has to start from the moment you walk in and continue throughout at least the first floor. If you are thinking about listing your home, give us a call. This small addition was designed to completely blend in with the existing home. The roof, rafter tails, and colors all match what was already there.
