The large angled garage, double entry door, bay window and arches are the welcoming visuals to this exposed ranch. Exterior thin veneer stone, the James Hardie Timberbark siding and the Weather Wood shingles accented by the medium bronze metal roof and white trim windows are an eye appealing color combination. Clawson Architects designed the Main Entry/Stair Hall, flooding the space with natural light on both the first and second floors while enhancing views and circulation with more thoughtful space allocations and period details. The existing entrance foyer was opened up, made wider and filled with natural light. It is the home’s artery, leading to a front reception room, home office and games room to the side, further into the open plan kitchen-dining-living room area, and 4 bedrooms located on the upper floors.

This custom cabinetry has designated locations for shoe and coat hanging. It also offers plenty of roll-out trays for storage of household goods.

広々とゆとりのある土間玄関は、家族の自転車を停めておくのにも十分な広さを確保しました。大容量のトールタイプのシューズクロゼットのおかげで、収納量も十分。玄関回りを常にすっきりと保つことができます。土間フロアには駐車場と同じく、色が深く汚れの目立ちにくいカラーコンクリートを採用しました。収納扉だけでなく玄関扉も引き戸にしたことで使いやすく、デッドスペースをつくらずに、空間を広く有効に使えます。
