Typical Project Costs:
Home Staging $5,000 to $20,000.
Whole Home Renovations $350,000 to $1.5 Million.
Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) $150,000 to $400,000.
Basement Conversions $75,000 to $350,000.
Attic Conversions $75,000 to $400,000.
Room Additions $100,000 to $750,000.
Kitchen $90,000 to $350,000.
Bathroom $40,000 to $150,000.
Furnishings $50,000 to $250,000.
Estimates based on experience. Your actual costs may vary. Our minimum design fee is $7,500. We specialize in large-scale/ whole-home renovation design. From time to time, we do accept smaller-scale projects, however our minimum fee always applies.
