Each cottage is named after the islands in Newport Beach and features a distinctive motif, tapping five elite Newport Beach-based firms: Grace Blu Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Design, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.

In the mudroom, we custom built multi-tiered cubbies. The various sizes of the openings provide plenty of room for coats, shoes, and more! Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. This wall is being built with minimal grout for solid wall appearance. Corten metal panels, columns, and fascia elegantly trim the home.
