I was honored to be asked by Mark Payne Homes to photograph one of their new home builds. The whole team is professional and a delight to work with. They build an absolutely stunning home!

My wife and I worked with Jamie Pruitt from Mark Payne Homes, in making our home selections, and getting our house built. Throughout the entire process, we felt like we were carried along, and well informed of the building process. We moved into our house in July, 2016, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The Mark Payne Homes team certainly did a splendid job, and have blessed us with a solid house! When we moved into the house, we had a couple of minor warranty items that were swiftly taken care of by Mark Payne Homes. Our experience with Mark Payne Homes has been very pleasant & worthwhile. We are glad we chose them as our builder, and are very optimistic that our home will hold up very well over time!

Our experience with Mark Payne Homes couldn't have been better. Everything was spelled out, up-front and as-advertised. The Mark Payne team was always professional and pleasant; they helped make all our decisions easy, and kept all appointments on time. They were most willing to accept all our ideas for extras and incorporate them into the construction of our home. They worked exceptionally hard for us in coordinating the closing of our old home with the closing of our new Mark Payne home, keeping our best interests in mind. We feel our new Mark Payne home is of superior quality and is a home we are very proud to own.

Mark Payne Homes was very professional and easy to work with. They helped us through the process of building our home every step of the way, including closing. We feel that we were fairly dealt with. The staff was very friendly and operates with the highest integrity. They were even able to have our home ready to close two weeks early so we would not have to pay another months rent in our town home. We have been in our home for a year now and have not had any problems due to its construction. It has been wonderful. Everything they did during the construction process added up to a well built quality home. Mark Payne Homes dose not cut corners. As we got to watch the construction process It was evident that they care about what's inside the walls (or the construction you can't see when the home is finished) as much as they care about how the home looks when it's complete. We have the Essex floor plan and we love it.

Mark Payne built our beautiful home in 1998. Now, two of our children live in Mark Payne homes!! Jamie is so easy to work with!! She's very professional & a delight to be around!! if we build another home, we will only use Mark Payne!! You'll not be disappointed!!

I would recommend anyone to Mark Payne Homes. They did a fantastic job with the house and their staff is beyond amazing. They were easy to work with and make sure that we as the customer was completely satisfied.

We purchased a home from Mark Payne Homes. We love our home and the staff was extremely organized! The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the pricey and difficult upgrades and changes we wanted to make with the custom home builder. We realize "the train already left the station" when we put our $16k deposit down but I was quoted $500 to paint the front door a different color when I know no painter in this town costs that much for a door. Other than that, Mark Payne homes is a wonderful builder and we would do business with them again in the future and he's the best builder in town! Thank you!

We have one of your homes and we LOVE it and have told many others about you! We have even told others in the past who were just driving around looking, to look at your homes! I have never heard of a builder who gives you a key to your home before it is even done. That way it proves the quality of your homes and that you do not hide anything. I thank you Mark Payne.
