This Master Bathroom was outdated in appearance and although the size of the room was sufficient, the space felt crowded. The toilet location was undesirable, the shower was cramped and the bathroom floor was cold to stand on. The client wanted a new configuration that would eliminate the corner tub, but still have a bathtub in the room, plus a larger shower and more privacy to the toilet area. The 1980’s look needed to be replaced with a clean, contemporary look. A new room layout created a more functional space. A separated space was achieved for the toilet by relocating it and adding a cabinet and custom hanging pipe shelf above for privacy. By adding a double sink vanity, we gained valuable floor space to still have a soaking tub and larger shower. In-floor heat keeps the room cozy and warm all year long. The entry door was replaced with a pocket door to keep the area in front of the vanity unobstructed. The cabinet next to the toilet has sliding doors and adds storage for towels and toiletries and the vanity has a pull-out hair station. Rich, walnut cabinetry is accented nicely with the soft, blue/green color palette of the tiles and wall color. New window shades that can be lifted from the bottom or top are ideal if they want full light or an unobstructed view, while maintaining privacy. Handcrafted swirl pendants illuminate the vanity and are made from 100% recycled glass.

Inside the cabinet, there are tall column cabinets for large items and modules with shelves for motorcycle gear. To make the cabinet look more dynamic, we fitted it with contrasting profile handles of different lengths. We design interiors of homes and apartments worldwide. Our main focus was to remodel the kitchen, where we hoped to create a functional layout for everyday use. Our clients also hoped to incorporate a home office right into the kitchen itself. However, the clients realized that renovation the kitchen alone wouldn’t create the full transformation they were looking for. Kitchens interact intimately with their adjacent spaces, especially family rooms, and we were determined to elevate their daily living experience from top to bottom. We redesigned the kitchen and living area to increase work surfaces and storage solutions, create comfortable and luxurious spaces to unwind, and update the overall aesthetic to fit their more modern, collected taste. Nos clients sont un couple avec deux petites filles. Ils ont acheté un appartement sur plan à Meudon, mais ils ont eu besoin de nous pour les aider à imaginer l’agencement de tout l’espace. En effet, le couple a du mal à se projeter et à imaginer le futur agencement avec le seul plan fourni par le promoteur. Ils voient également plusieurs points difficiles dans le plan, comme leur grande pièce dédiée à l'espace de vie qui est toute en longueur. La cuisine est au fond de la pièce, et les chambres sont sur les côtés. Les chambres, petites, sont optimisées et décorées sobrement. Le salon se pare quant à lui d’un meuble sur mesure. Il a été dessiné par ADC, puis ajusté et fabriqué par notre menuisier. En partie basse, nous avons créé du rangement fermé. Au dessus, nous avons créé des niches ouvertes/fermées. La salle à manger est installée juste derrière le canapé, qui sert de séparation entre les deux espaces. La table de repas est installée au centre de la pièce, et créé une continuité avec la cuisine. La cuisine est désormais ouverte sur le salon, dissociée grâce un un grand îlot. Les meubles de cuisine se poursuivent côté salle à manger, avec une colonne de rangement, mais aussi une cave à vin sous plan, et des rangements sous l'îlot. La petite famille vit désormais dans un appartement harmonieux et facile à vivre ou nous avons intégrer tous les espaces nécessaires à la vie de la famille, à savoir, un joli coin salon où se retrouver en famille, une grande salle à manger et une cuisine ouverte avec de nombreux rangements, tout ceci dans une pièce toute en longueur.

☀️Самое интересное в этом проекте —​ это планировка. Изначально двухкомнатная квартира трансформировалась в «евродвушку» с кухней, перетекающей в гостиную. ?При этом перед нами стояла задача кухню и спальню выполнить в светлой гамме с элементами скандинавского стиля, а гостиную и прихожую с элементами лофта и в темной гамме. Таким образом заказчики разделили зоны ответственности каждого члена семьи? Таким образом перепланировав квартиру, появилось место для полноценной детской с панорамным окном и даже для отдельной гардеробной при спальне. ⭐Один из самых быстрых в реализации объектов, несмотря на то, что и мы, и заказчики находились в другом городе практически все время стройки. Сдали проект в конце сентября, а к новому году уже елка была наряжена и шампанское налито налито в бокалы✨
