They each have a comprehensive understanding of construction realities so that selections always meet expectations and timelines. Iris is a joy to work with and she always brings thoughtful ideas to every project we have worked on together. She is one-stop shopping from creative design work to selecting tiles, marble and bathroom hardware. I would not use anyone else for a kitchen or bathroom renovation!

I've worked exclusively with Iris Michaels for approximately 4 years on 3 spec homes in Rye, NY Iris knows how to work within a budget and understands what is trending as the market changes. Of course this couldn't be possible without Karen's keen eye for detail and how quickly the cabinet and tile trends move, so she is constantly bringing in the newest, and greatest selection of materials. Iris' design style has been praised by the real estate community in Rye and my end users. We are currently working on 2 new projects. Great folks to work with. Highly recommend and am in the business for 18 years.
