We had an amazing experience with Demardi as builders on our major home renovation project and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Not only was it a pleasure working with them throughout the process (which is saying something for anyone that been through a build process!), but they were able to executive a stunning renovation that has transformed our home for many years to come. Other than delivering and executing great work, what Demardi does very well is communicate effectively with their clients throughout the entire process. We knew that their team had a number of jobs on at the one time, however they always made us feel like we were their priority and our project was always moving forward. We always had a direct line to both Anthony and Mick via a dedicated WhatsApp group and they would always make themselves available if we needed to meet in person. On top of all this, Demardi were able to complete our renovation to the day. We had a fixed 6-month rental in which to complete our renovation which Demardi were aware of and despite a number of complications our of their control, they were able to ensure we could move back in the very day that our lease ended. So thanks team Demardi - you made our renovation journey a pleasure and helped us a create an amazing home for our family! We look forward to doing it all over again one day.

Demardi were absolutely amazing, and we are ecstatic with the final outcome of our renovation. We had a 1980s split level home that we wanted to bring up to date and modernise, as well as adding on a rumpus room, deck and pool with opening glass to create a free flowing indoor and outdoor space. The attention to detail, suggestions and final result was outstanding and quality second to none. We wanted to create a sanctuary for our family and have absolutely achieved that and more. We utilised an architect but also worked with Mick, Anthony and the boys from Demardi throughout the project and tweaked as we went along valuing the suggestions that they put forward. We could not be happier and would recommend Demardi to anyone looking for a professional and high quality workmanship.

I contacted Demardi looking for a joinery solution for my home office which had slowly turned into the “junk room”. I was introduced to Sherry from Demardi. I wanted to turn the junk room into a teenagers retreat whilst also being able to use it as a guest room for interstate visitors. Sherry was extremely helpful and provided me with scaled 3D drawings of an integrated wall bed design into the joinery. She presented me with three options with colours & joinery profiles. She managed the whole process from design through to install and was I am extremely happy with the result. You can't go wrong with Sherry.

We engaged Demardi to help us with our renovations in late 2021, including a new kitchen, laundry and general carpentry around the house. Anthony, Mick, Sherry and the team were extremely easy to work with and completed the job to a very high standard. Special mention to Anthony who never seemed to stop working and provided us with regular updates almost daily! Any time we had an issue he was on hand straight away to provide potential fixes and solutions. He also made sure the whole project was delivered on time, which was amazing given the lockdowns last year. Overall we highly recommend Demardi and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Demardi were absolutely wonderful to work with! From the initial conversations about our plans through to the day we moved back into our renovated home, the whole Demardi team were professional and caring. Mick and Anthony guided our decision making when we needed it, helped problem solve and were always easy to talk to. They worked well with our architect and delivered our project on time. Our renovation, extension and upgrade of an inner city 3 bedroom home, is just how we imagined and we love it!

We were in an unfortunate situation where our neighbours gum tree fell on our house, causing substantial structural damage and requiring us to move out of home for 12 months. We dealt with the insurance companies panel of builders but just didn't feel comfortable with any of their work or with their approach to our project. We then started to look for our own builder and came across Demardi and they ticked all our boxes. They were competitively priced and clearly stated what was and was not included in the very thorough quote, they worked with us on design ideas and concepts and we built a good, honest working relationship with them quickly. Their previous work on similar projects also reassured us that they would be able to achieve our goals. Demardi started working on our project early in 2020. As Covid took hold, and new Covid government regulations added further stress, Demardi's approach to the project of focusing on our living quarters first, allowed us to get back into our house while work continued on the outside. This forethought and planning from Demardi reinforced to us their strong work ethic, respect for our family and our needs. Throughout the project the team at Demardi showed us nothing but respect and we enjoyed working with them. Clear communication (through a private social media group chat directly with Anthony and Mick, my husband and I) was a great way to keep everyone in the loop of important information. Anthony and Mick's ability to help us understand what was required from a building regulation perspective and to help us negotiate this was reassuring. Onsite, Demardi's team who all took the time to address us by name and say hello/goodbye every time we met and their respect for our neighbours while working on the project was commendable. They kept a clean worksite and left the space tidy at the end of each day. Demardi are a quality builder. We would recommend them to anyone needing to undertake a build or renovation. From all our research and the time we took to find the right builder, we are very happy with our decision.

Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. They were reliable, followed up and researched as need be and as promised, met expectations, and made sure both their and my expectations were met from a quality, vision, and cost perspective, consulting and keeping me informed every step of the way.
