This traditional kitchen & bath remodel features custom raised panel cabinetry in a painted finish & antique glazed finish, coordinating quartz countertops, spacious island, & high end stainless steel appliances. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures/hardware, and lighting design that features recessed lighting and under cabinet LED lighting complete this kitchen. The bathrooms feature porcelain tile shower design, and frameless glass shower enclosure, as well as custom cabinet design.

A small contemporary bathroom room which has been renovated to include a wet room shower tray, bath, wall hung basin unit, back to wall toilet, towel rail and cupboard storage. We also included some little pockets within the shower area for the customer to put their shampoos without encrouching on them within the shower. Also to maximise the space we installed a pocket door, so no waisted space within the flat at all, in or out of the bathroom.

This couple's long-term water leak left their downstairs guest bathroom in disarray. It had gotten so bad that the toilet would actually rock due to the sub-floor deterioration. After the remodel, this small but mighty bathroom leaves a memorable impression on its guests, primarily because of its efficient footprint and bold use of color. This project became necessary after a long- term water leak left the floor tile broken and the subfloor deteriorating.
Once underway, we set out to determine what other problems we could help solve in this guest bathroom. We explored several different floorplans for this space, but we ultimately decided that the general location of the fixtures worked well for these homeowners. One of the primary concerns was to determine how we could include as much vanity storage as possible. Their old vanity included a shallow section next to the toilet, but it only had two shallow top drawers, making the bulk of the storage awkward and hard to access. Although they liked the size of their old shower stall, the plastic insert was corroding. They also didn't have anywhere to place their shower products, and there was no place to hang a towel. We opted for a tiled shower and included a shampoo niche for their bath products. We also included a horizontal shower door handle, which doubles as a towel bar.

The guest bath design was inspired by the fun geometric pattern of the custom window shade fabric. A mid century modern vanity and wall sconces further repeat the mid century design. Because space was limited, the designer incorporated a metal wall ladder to hold towels.

Continuous header at tops of doors and windows frames 6 x 6 Dal matte "Arctic White" tile. Console top is "Jerusalem Gold" limestone, and matches floor tiles. Under-mount sink is Obrien with a California Faucet. Color above header is BM "Dorset Gold."

The master bath seen here is compact in its footprint - again drawing from the local boat building traditions. Tongue and groove fir walls conceal hidden compartments and feel tailored yet simple. The hanging wall cabinet allow for a more open feeling as well. The shower is given a large amount of the floor area of the room. A curb-less configuration with two shower heads and a continuous shelf. The shower utilizes polished finishes on the walls and a sandblasted finish on the floor. Für einen Privatkunden haben wir ein kleines Badezimmer neu gestaltet und umgebaut. Das Badezimmer sollte praktisch sein und zugleich eine wohlige Atmosphäre ausstrahlen. Durch große Steinfliesen und mit einem edlen Putz versehende Wände, strahlen die Flächen des Badezimmers Ruhe aus. Kontraste wurden mit der Holzbox und dem Waschtischunterschrank aus Eichenholz geschaffen. Die schwarzen Armaturen und der Anthrazitfarbene, schmale Heizkörper runden den Entwurf ab. Eine große Glasfläche trennt den Nassbereich von dem Badezimmer ab. Die in die Decke eingelassenen Lichtleisten leuchten das Badezimmer gleichmäßig aus. Die Lichtboxen verleihen dem Badezimmer eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Über eine App lässt sich der Lichtschalter programmieren und erlaubt somit 4 verschiedene Lichtsituationen. Obwohl der Raum recht klein ist, versteckt sich viel Stauraum hinter den integrierten Schranktüren. In dem großen Einbauschrank befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, eine Toilettenbürste und ein Toilettenpapierspender. Weitere, große Staufächer befinden sich links neben und über der Toilette. Aufgrund des kleinen Raumes haben wir uns für eine Schiebetür entschieden, die in einer Zwischenwand verschwindet. Durch den gewonnen Platz konnten wir den Waschtisch an eine neue Position setzen und somit eine große, begehbare Dusche einplanen. Ein gelungenes Raumkonzept mit smarter Lichttechnik, ehrlichen Materialien, warmen Farbtönen und schönen Designelementen.

The guest bathroom/powder room includes a floating vanity and floor to ceiling mosaic tile. The vessel sink adds a soft counterpoint to all the other angles of the compact space.

The client decided that she was in her "forever home" and wanted to create a space that felt clean and fresh but referenced elements of a vintage aesthetic. Panel molding, gently swooping paintable wallpaper, a high-contrast palette and gleaming fixtures from Kohler's Artifacts line all contributed to the look. The Powder Room channels the same warm natural finishes as seen throughout the rest of the home with natural wood cabinets, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and a travertine tile backsplash.
