When re-working a space, it pays to consider your priorities early on. We discussed the pros and cons of tearing out the bathroom and starting fresh vs. giving it a facelift. In the end, we decided that the buget was better spent on new solid oak herringbone flooring and new doors throughout. To give the space a more modern look, we opted to re-do the sink area with custom corian shelving and replaced all faucets for matte black ones. A lick of fresh, water-resistant paint, new lighting and some decorative elements (like the waffle towels seen left) gave the space a new lease of life.

Progetto d’interni di un appartamento di circa 200 mq posto al quinto piano di un edificio di pregio nel Quadrilatero del Silenzio di Milano che sorge intorno all’elegante Piazza Duse, caratterizzata dalla raffinata architettura liberty. La salle de bain de cet appartement a ete agrandie pour inclure une douche, une baignoire et un espace buanderie. Pari réussi, cette petite salle de bain a tout d'une grande, compact, contemporaine et élégante.

Pour ce projet, nous avons travaillé de concert avec notre cliente. L’objectif était d’ouvrir les espaces et rendre l’appartement le plus lumineux possible. Pour ce faire, nous avons absolument TOUT cassé ! Seuls vestiges de l’ancien appartement : 2 poteaux, les chauffages et la poutre centrale. ⁠ ⁠Nous avons ainsi réagencé toutes les pièces, supprimé les couloirs et changé les fenêtres. La palette de couleurs était principalement blanche pour accentuer la luminosité; le tout ponctué par des touches de couleurs vert-bleues et boisées. Résultat : des pièces de vie ouvertes, chaleureuses qui baignent dans la lumière. ⁠ ⁠De nombreux rangements, faits maison par nos experts, ont pris place un peu partout dans l’appartement afin de s’inscrire parfaitement dans l’espace. Exemples probants de notre savoir-faire : le meuble bleu dans la chambre parentale ou encore celui en forme d’arche. ⁠ ⁠Grâce à notre process et notre expérience, la rénovation de cet appartement de 100m2 a duré 4 mois et coûté env. 100 000 euros #MonConceptHabitation⁣⁠

In questo progetto ci siamo occupati della ristrutturazione completa. Abbiamo unito la zona living e cucina che era dislocate in stanze diverse. La richiesta da parte del committente era ricavare da questi MQ circa 115, un bagno e una cameretta bimbi. Successivamente, abbiamo effettuato una ricerca di stile, il committente richiedeva un richiamo allo stile francese classico. Lo abbiamo rivisitato in chiave moderna creando superfici calde inserendo quindi un parquet in rovere naturale a spina italiana con elementi in contrasto come la cucina "Gentili" color royal blu.

Este pequeño aseo de cortesía debía contrarestar con diversión lo que no tenía en proporciones. Jugamos con un papel negro de jungla para aportar profundidad en la parte alta, recurrimos al mayor contraste con el negro, que es el color amarillo, para marcar rotundamente el pequeño mueble del lavabo, y jugamos a llenar la parte baja con un mosaico de mármol natural blanco en espiga para que no quedase ninguna zona completamente llena. Aquí el Más es Más. Por supesto, la lámpara debía estar a la altura y este Camaleón de Seletti fue la elección perfecta. This small courtesy toilet was supposed to counteract with fun what it did not have in proportions. We played with a black jungle paper to provide depth in the upper part, we resorted to the greatest contrast with black, which is the yellow color, to emphatically mark the small vanity unit, and we played to fill the lower part with a marble mosaic natural white herringbone pattern so that no area was completely filled. Here More is More. Of course, the lamp had to be up to the task and this Chameleon by Seletti was the perfect choice.
