“Project: Renovate 1st floor of my home (Drywall, Paint, Flooring, and Kitchen Remodel). The Maintenance Department Team is by far the BEST contracting company I have ever worked with. Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). “From start to finish, Zac and his team at Highland Floor Covering were INCREDIBLE. After a nightmare experience with another vendor a few years back, I was hesitant-- to say the least--to redo the flooring in our new house. Zac came as a referral from a friend that is a contractor and I could not be happier with our decision to work with him. He was very helpful with all questions we had, made fantastic recommendations, was knowledgeable and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Kain installed 24x24 tiles downstairs alongside existing hardwood. He and his team were punctual, patient, clean, thorough and blew us away with the final product. Once the tiles were done, Zac and his dad installed our new baseboards and again made a daunting task look easy with beautiful workmanship to boot. A few days after submitting our final payment, we received a thank you card from the company. I appreciate their high touch, family owned business and look forward to using them again! “We contacted Platinum Construction for a somewhat large project of converting our third car garage bay into a home office. I could not be more pleased! Chris was very professional, responded in a timely manner, had fantastic suggestions, and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction process. We knew we wanted the office to be heated and cooled; Chris suggested a "split system" just to supply heating and cooling for the home office. This was a fantastic suggestion, we had other contractors come in to bid the job and they all hit a roadblock when it came to providing a solution for the heating and cooling. Other contractors wanted to run duct work from the house thru the garage into the home office, this was not only cost prohibitive, it would not have been aesthetically appealing. All in all, we were very happy, we look forward to future projects with Platinum Construction.”

He treats you not like a customer but as part of his family. His crew is top notch. Project manager again will return text within minutes. Will advise if any problems and will not do anything until he can show you why and a solution to it. Brought project in on time. After project they still return text and do come back for any touch ups that are needed. They stay in touch after the project has finished to make sure we are happy. We are very happy. This was a full home refurb. Absolutely love it and now do not want to leave our house.”
