Riverside Kitchen & Bath

Our project was quite extensive which included a complete gut of the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. All new cabinetry and vanities and all associated plumbing was installed. Room entries were enlarged, and each bedroom received new closet doors. The entire floor was redone in wood-look tile, which turned out fantastic. A complete HVA/C unit and ducting was installed and completed within the estimated time frame given and also to our satisfaction. We had change orders that added more to the project but the price was always fair. All of our questions were addressed during the renovation process. Each of the trades used during this project were professional and made adjustments as needed. Post completion adjustments were met with almost immediate attention which made us feel that we were to be completely satisfied with the finished product. Now we are ready to sell our home and our real estate agents are very surprised and pleased with the current state of our home and the improvements that were made. We highly recommend Riverside Kitchen and Bath!

I had originally hired Rich to demo & upgrade our kitchen/livingroom area; however, I was toying around the idea of upgrading our master bedroom bath, while they were out here. He had already given me a 3-month window for the kitchen. We spoke of eliminating the existing semi-walking master closet which backs to the bathroom, and over a weekend collaborated the idea for a Master On-Suite, complete with an enclosed glassed partition (barn door style entry) into a shower area and to the other side was a stand-along soaking tub, perfect for any bath fenishato. I then opted to have a doorway from our master bedroom put in which leads to a 5th bedroom, which was not in use. That was perfect for a huge walk-in master bedroom closet. We left the original closet so as not to loose the imprint should any future owner which to convert it back into a nursery or bedroom. During construction of the bathroom, a plumbing issue occurred, which forced them to trench into a middle bathroom to connect to that drain pipe. Due to levels, it may or may not have required to dig further in, which would be at considerably cost. Fortunately, Rich and Robert were able to adjust the issue saving me a great deal. With that savings, I decided to upgrade all my other 2 bathrooms (vanities); and re-tile (floor) the entire house. These change orders didn't detract Rich and his crew with workers there daily. We were only out of our house initially for 3 days (Asbestos removal)-went to Las Vegas; and 4 days (Laying floor tiles)-went to Marriot Residence Inn. With those few hick-ups in the construction, everything else went according to plan and everything turned out better than perfect. Rich also took into consideration ADA issues for my daughter who is in a wheelchair (lowering the vanity). Robert was also such a skillful handyman who could do any facit of the job seemlessly. I can't speak highly enough about Riverside Kitchen & Bath other than to say, If you want the job done right the first time, at a reasonable price, and on time, give Rich a call.

We can’t say enough about Rich Gardner and his crew. The work is beautiful and even with the last minute changes, it is perfect. We did a complete kitchen renovation along with matching hall cabinets and a master bathroom update. With the exception of 2 rooms all the flooring was replaced. As our project was started at the beginning of Covid, we were afraid product would not arrive but with Rich’s contacts, all went as scheduled and we even finished ahead of schedule. Work area was cleaned daily both inside and out. This is an excellent contractor and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Job well done! I would like to say thank you to Rich and to your crew. We had interviewed three companies before we decided to go with Rich Gardner for our kitchen remodeling projects. Our biggest concerns were that we knew this remodeling project would last for more than a month, so we needed a company we can completely trust, easy to communicate if problems were arise and a company who can wear same thinking hat with me, so no headache and no disappointments. We made a right choice. Now we have a kitchen that looks like it came from a model home and that was above our expectations. They were very courteous throughout and excellent business manners, they are professionals. I will highly recommend Rich Gardner to anyone who is thinking a No-Headache kitchen remodeling.

Project: Renovate 1st floor of my home (Drywall, Paint, Flooring, and Kitchen Remodel). The Maintenance Department Team is by far the BEST contracting company I have ever worked with. Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). He continued to keep us updated day-after-day, and night-after-night. It was real assuring to know that we could have a conversation with Rich during any hour of the day (all part of our experience). During our daily walk through, he even saw minor-flaws in certain areas that I did not notice, and proceeded to correct them immediately. Folks, this is an amazing quality for an individual to have, and Rich demonstrated that. Rich is very honest and is a true professional who went above and beyond to get the renovation completed in the time he estimated. I admire Rich for everything he did for me, my wife, and our home. He has great ethics, and will not try to up-sell you on any service or additions that you don’t need. He makes you feel very comfortable by trying to understand your goals, and helping you see the bigger picture. I sincerely appreciate Rich and the Maintenance Department Team for their level of service, commitment, outstanding work, and effort in making our home a great place. Thank you Rich Gardner and team.
