“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). He continued to keep us updated day-after-day, and night-after-night. It was real assuring to know that we could have a conversation with Rich during any hour of the day (all part of our experience). During our daily walk through, he even saw minor-flaws in certain areas that I did not notice, and proceeded to correct them immediately. Folks, this is an amazing quality for an individual to have, and Rich demonstrated that. “I interviewed 8-10 Kitchen Cabinet Professionals when we decided to remodel our kitchen that hadn’t been remodeled since the late 1960s. From my initial meeting with the Cabinet Lady, I knew she was the right contractor and thus, I decided to take a chance. My instincts were correct. “I highly recommend Giza Granite for your next bath or kitchen remodeling project. They were extremely professional and everything they promised came into fruition. We had selected Fantasy brown dolomite (which they sold us for a great price compared to what we had found) and after they had finished installing, the next day I found couple of dark spots on the island countertop (which looked like hand prints). So, I called Moudy and told him. He promised to come back the next day to look at it. But I'm not going to lie, I doubted they will come out again just from past experience with contractors, but sure enough they did. They cleaned the dark marks in couple of minutes and they left. I was really amazed with the Giza Granite customer service and I will certainly use them again for my future projects.”

“The small crew arrived a little later than I'd hoped because I had an appointment that evening they had promised to be finished by and I was concerned it would take longer than they promised. What a delightful surprise! These guys wasted no time and were super nice and respectful and clean as a whistle. They put down cloths for wherever they would be walking and left not a spot of dirt or grinding material behind. They were all smiles and professionalism and the work was very skillful and beautifully done. Their manners were impeccable and with the skill they displayed, this company will be around a long time. “We contacted Platinum Construction for a somewhat large project of converting our third car garage bay into a home office. I could not be more pleased! Chris was very professional, responded in a timely manner, had fantastic suggestions, and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction process. We knew we wanted the office to be heated and cooled; Chris suggested a "split system" just to supply heating and cooling for the home office. This was a fantastic suggestion, we had other contractors come in to bid the job and they all hit a roadblock when it came to providing a solution for the heating and cooling. Other contractors wanted to run duct work from the house thru the garage into the home office, this was not only cost prohibitive, it would not have been aesthetically appealing. All in all, we were very happy, we look forward to future projects with Platinum Construction.”
