The French door for the room blowed my mind. I loved the headboard and the 2 Mediterranean armchairs , the fan they chose , the rug over the wooden floor , the plants , the light and more. “Although it wasn't our first home purchase, and we had some experience renovating before, when we bought a large old historic home in need of serious renovations, we were overwhelmed! The project included a master bathroom, girls bath, powder room and kitchen. We hired Alison as our designer and never looked back. This was our first time using a professional designer and we were so happy that we did. It was just such a joy working with Alison, and thats when we realized how important it is not only to find someone that could really bring your vision/style into reality, but also someone that you enjoy working with and that made the process easy, fun and approachable. She helped guide us through the process, gave us great ideas, really listened to what we wanted/were looking for, and ultimately got us to a final result that we loved. “Sam, made my bathroom remodel so easy! She brought over the samples with everything coordinated. Saved me hours and hours of trying to figure out what tile, flooring, vanity, etc., and then saved me from all the endless second-guessing that I would have done on my own. Problem solved! It was so easy to order everything I needed, and with her research and knowledge, she was able to save me quite a bit of money on some items.”

“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

“I used Jen to help me accessorize my great room/entryway and some of my bedrooms. The great room had a large wall with shelving that I was struggling with but had in my mind what I wanted it to look like. Jen “nailed” it!! The wall of shelving looks exactly how I had pictured in my mind and is very balanced and unique and the entry is very inviting as you open the front door. Everything just flows beautifully. She was able to find very interesting accessories and really listened to my thoughts and style. The bedroom accessories are beautiful as well. She took on this project during Covid so some things became unavailable or took too long to receive and she quickly came up with other options for me to choose from. She always got back to me in a timely manner and always showed up to our appointments on time. She was great to work with and I’m extremely happy with the final results. I would highly recommend her services!!”
