With her discerning taste, attention to detail, keen eye for color, and out of the box thinking her clients not only have a beautiful space but a space created unique to them their lifestyle and budget. For Zina Sheya, Interior Design is a combination of Art and Science, Her 19 years experience spanning from California, Arizona, Montana and Idaho provides a practical background that allows for unique, creative solutions. Zina builds each design by investing time listening to her clients story and then carefully incorporating memorabilia that provides the space with authenticity and individuality. Utilizing pieces that make the space personal. A common thread between all of Zina Sheya's designs is the depth and patina created within the elements which she carefully and thoughtfully selects and incorporated into the space providing a elegant yet casual feeling whether the desired look is French Country, Modern, or Eclectic. Zina takes pride in her community with volunteering a Habitat for Humanity and Project Ride. In her spare time Zina enjoys fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, skiing and of course "picking at vintage markets"where she scores great finds for her clients. Zina lives in Northern California with her husband and daughter on a family homestead surrounded by the wine country. Zina has been featured in multiple publications and Design Show houses.

Zina was great to work with...very professional and knowledgable! She gave us the ideas and styles that were cutting edge and would help us update and quickly sell our 20 year old, out of style home. We completely updated the kitchen and three bathrooms. It worked! The house sold the first day on the market for over asking price. If it did not sell, we would have stayed and loved it.

Zina turned my plain modern looking townhouse into a cozy beautiful beach looking resort! Everyone that walks in tells they feel like they are in a Resort. It came out better that I even imagined it could!

My husband works in Santa Monica Monday through Friday and found an apartment three blocks from the beach. On short notice I hired Zina to decorate the apartment as a surprise for him. To prepare I sent her a few photos of the barren apartment, and she asked me to collect some meaningful family photos. Within one weekend she was able to assess our likes and needs, develop a vision, and find unique items that brought the vision to life. We wanted to have a beachy feel that was not only welcoming to family and friends, but made my husband still feel like he was home. She came up with a color theme and found pieces of art and furnishings that wowed my husband, and draw compliments from every visitor we have. Zina was conscious of our budget and timeline, and she delivered! She is incredibly talented, and I would love to work with her again in the future.

Zina is beyond compare! I interviewed several designers before meeting Zina and am delighted I did my research. She is incredibly creative, hardworking, she delivers & she is a nice person. Most importantly, she listens. She is not a cookie-cutter designer with a bag full of designs. She designs to fulfills your desires. She transformed our home from a beautiful shell to a warm, astounding place to live and entertain. We cannot say enough about her. I've used designers for my last three homes and never had one that actually did work to add the necessary final touch to make it perfect. We had a drape panel that worked wonderfully and pulled the room together but after she hung it she thought it would be even better if she added a border which she personally added. Pretty amazing! She turned good into great because that is what she does.

Not finished yet, but so very happy with Zina Sheya helping me decorate our new country home on the river! She is fun and so great at seeing my vision! So excited to see end result! She is very energetic and creative and highly talented. Thanks to her I'm now enjoying the process instead of stressing out! THANKS ZINA :)

From the moment I met Zina I knew she had a vast knowledge of the interior design field & the kind of experience needed to help me transform my home. Her kind and easy going attitude makes you feel at ease in what can be a very stressful undertaking. Zina helped me decide on the styles I have always enjoyed rather than push what was trendy at the moment. I highly recommend Zina...she is wonderful!

Zina is an interior artist - I have been lucky to see some of her projects in the before, during and after stages and am always so impressed by the beauty and comfort she creates, no matter what the budget. She is a fun, witty, intelligent visionary with a passion for design and easy to work with. We had a tough design problem when we purchased our home - a rock wall that could not come down - Zina provided us with a cost friendly solution which to this date, 10 years later, we still get compliments on. Truly fortunate for her eye.

We have worked with Zina for a number of years on various projects, one of those my Montana childhood home and we have always had our expectations exceeded. Her ability to mix unique one of a kind pieces into the design along with incorporating items that have personal meaning truly created our personal look and feel to our home. Zina has a vast knowledge of design and that reflected on our finished project. She selected the perfect colors and finishes for our home. She provided great service from the start to finish of our home and stayed within our budget . I would recommend her to anyone in need of design. Geanna Homdus
