“My husband and I worked with RHR renovating our current home, which is on this site under Grant Park Whole House Renovation #3. This project was a massive undertaking and one we wouldn't have even considered doing if not for RHR!! The house was not livable when we purchased it. Our project included adding a second story, redoing the entire layout, adding substantial foundation work, installing all new systems, restoring 4 fireplaces, rebuilding the front porch, adding a screened in patio, etc. A project of this magnitude can be very stressful.
