“When it comes to bringing your ideas and dreams to life, Younique Design + Build is without a doubt the way to go. When my wife and I were looking for someone to build our forever home, we spent countless hours with dozens of contractors around Northwest Indiana trying to find someone that would make our dreams a reality. When we met with Cory for the first time, we knew we had found the right guy for the job. We built a completely custom home that literally has everything we asked for whether it was something big or small. "NO" was never an answer. Cory's expertise, creativeness, and knowledge of designing and building homes far exceeded our expectations. Something important to mention is that you were not treated like a customer but more so like family. This wasn't the usual cookie cutter home experience, it was truly unique in everyway imaginable. I can go on and on about our building experience with Younique Design + Build but I'd be writing a book. I promise, you will not be disappointed.”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

“Very happy with Banter Flooring!! Our builder suggested a few options for the purchasing of our floor and cabinets. Never having built a home before we decided to go with Banter for flooring and another company for cabinets. I wish I had gone to Banter for both the flooring and the cabinets. Banter did a great job on the flooring and at the last minute we also purchased the back splash from them instead of where we bought our cabinets. We worked with Dana. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. When we were in the house for a few months we went back to have the basement carpeted and again they did a great job and the prices on everything could not have been better anywhere else we checked. We did have some settling issues with the back splash, however they were promptly corrected and we were very pleased. I recommend going to Banter first.”
