Would never recommend. Banter did the flooring for my builder in my new house. They have twice re-grouted the master bath. The tiles are loose, you can hear and feel them move. They refuse to return phone calls and I have made visits into the store where I have been lied to my face. I’m not sure Ginny is even a real person.

We enjoy working closely with Banter. Steve always provides quick responses to questions and has wonderful service. He is always looking for new products and makes sure to keep our offerings current.

Horrible customer service! They do messy work. I Had to clean up 4 rooms of carpet strips and the carpet strays that were on my dining room floor because the one guy who showed up wanted to leave. Dana does not return phone calls. Provided misinformation. I will never go back there again.

My experience with Banter Floors was a very positive one. In addition to Linda providing excellent service/advice, all other staff members were always eager to offer whatever assistance was needed. The quality of my cabinets, granite countertop and remaining materials was superior. I receive compliments on my kitchen, each time anyone visits my home. I highly recommend Banter Floors for all your decorating needs.

We are happy with the top notch service by Gina. She coordinated the design and implementation. Great job Gina. She got it done on time and within budget. Also, the installers did it right the first time. Eric,Tom, Shawn, Darrious and Donald were very professional.Banter should be proud of their team.

Very happy with Banter Flooring!! Our builder suggested a few options for the purchasing of our floor and cabinets. Never having built a home before we decided to go with Banter for flooring and another company for cabinets. I wish I had gone to Banter for both the flooring and the cabinets. Banter did a great job on the flooring and at the last minute we also purchased the back splash from them instead of where we bought our cabinets. We worked with Dana. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. When we were in the house for a few months we went back to have the basement carpeted and again they did a great job and the prices on everything could not have been better anywhere else we checked. We did have some settling issues with the back splash, however they were promptly corrected and we were very pleased. I recommend going to Banter first.
