While we don't LIVE in a Steiner Home, we have been in quite a few over the years. Many of our friends have Steiner Homes, and they are all just amazing! The attention to detail and craftsmanship of these homes are quite impressive. The layouts that we have seen have been wonderfully thought out and seem condusive to family living. We have always been big fans of the Steiner Homes that we have seen! I would highly recommend contacting them if you are looking to build a new home.

Over a decade ago Steiner homes built our family house! Through the years it has been used by our large family and many others. Till this day our home looks brand new with no major issues. I am amazed at the work they have done and how even after all these years every time I walk in I feel like it was built yesterday! Keep up the good work !!

Steiner Homes built a home for my parents that they love. My dad has sinced passed away and we are still filling that place with memories and love. I was able to live in a Steiner home for three years before I had to move overseas. The layout and comfort of the home were amazing and I wish I could have picked up the home and brought it overseas with me. The company is very personal and join their amazing ideas and knowledge with the customers' personal preferences and dreams.

Definitely would not recommend. This was our second time building a new construction home and it was a nightmare experience from start to finish. The most notable was the poor attention to detail from a project management perspective that resulted in a tremendous amount of rework after drywall, paint, floors and trim were in. This prolonged the build and many items were not fully remedied - leaving the living room windows, fireplace vent, and front door all off center.

After years of remodeling projects, we chose to finally build a new home. We chose Steiner after walking through open houses of various area builders. We chose Steiner over the others for their quality and attention to detail for a reasonable price. We are very pleased with our new home!

We built our dream home in 2014 with Steiner Homes and had a great experience. We built a custom home, so we were involved with just about every detail of our house from start to finish. Working with Dave and Adam initially to get our plans together, then Jessica with our selections, Ryan and Tom during the building process, we could not have been happier with the outcome. Our house is amazing!!! We get so many compliments on the style, the craftsmanship, and the design. The detail in the house (wainscoting, trim work, paint, etc...) was done exactly how we had pictured it. If we ever build another home in NWI (which we never plan to do....we have our forever home!) we would definitely have Steiner Homes build it again! Highly recommend!

Steiner Homes built our dream beach house. We are so happy with the result. They are true professionals in every way. They were organized, everything moved along timely, the quality of craftsmanship was excellent. They were flexible when we wanted to make changes and they made so many great suggestions. We would highly recommend Steiner Homes to anyone building a new home!
