“I had a Italian set off dinning chairs that needed repair and upholstering 8 chairs in fact, I had been looking for a good shop to do the work. I could not have found a better shop. Their attention to detail and customer courtesy was impeccable . They were all business and could see I was nervous but they calmed me right down, Alice went thru several patterns before we found one we liked and when Don looked at the chairs he gave recommendations on what needed to be fixed. And when I got the chairs back ,what a wonderful job they did. I would recommend their work to others.”

“I found Urban Made through custommade.com while trying to find a shop that would make a custom trestle base table in a quick turn around time. Working with Jordan on this project was seamless. His attention to detail paired with quality work done in a timely manner was unparalleled. It was a last minute project that we needed done fast without compromising quality and Jordan nailed it. He was even able to match a paint swatch we had and finish the table with a custom paint job. I would highly recommend working with Urban Made, as we will definitely be using him in the future.”

“The entire Greenbaum Family is dedicated to the Pacific Northwest Region as being one of the best in providing quality furnishings, great service and helpful design since 1959. We have purchased from them several times in the past 15 years and everyone, from the design to delivery, are all wonderful to work with. The Greenbaums, being local and a small business, are also very involved with serving our community and giving back. It's really one of the best family and locally owned businesses in the area.”

“Design was drawn up by Brent which was submitted to us with price and estimated delivery time. The high fence screen and insulated planter boxes were delivered by Brent himself in the time proposed. We have had many nice compliments from neighbors passing by. The rusted look really adds color and texture to the courtyard.”

“I wanted a lift bed, and had no patience, I want it now, we had company coming into town, Lift & Stor Beds Pac NW had what I wanted instock, he was willing to deliver for an amazingly low fee and on time, no complaints. I was even impressed that they followed up to make sure we had successful assembly. The bed is amazing! I wish the instructions were more "ikea'ish" then they are, we struggled a bit following them but nothing that wasn't fixable - in hindsight I would happily pay him the small amount of money he wanted to assemble it. Definitely worth your time and money! We are impressed.”

“I have purchased 5 different units over the last 7-9 years. My first one was a 4'x8' unit I installed myself fairly easily following the provided instructions. The other 4 are in my current garage, (2) 4'x8' and (2) 2'x8' units. I bought 2 shortly after I bought my current house as I knew the products and needed the storage help and better organization. All were put in professionally by the Onrax installation team. I have them loaded with various keepsakes, one 4'x8' is dedicated to Christmas decorations exclusively. The product looks good and keeps all my valuable junk off the floor conveniently in the already open space above our vehicles. I have recommended the Onrax product line to many friends, family and neighbors. As you can imagine, I highly recommend their products.”

“After searching for something different at PB, Restoration Hardware and other stores, we ordered 3 bar stools from Reclaimed in the USA. We were happy with the level of service and the fact that we could customize the stools to exactly what we wanted. Stools are made of solid wood and were high quality. There are also very solid, which was import to us for the kids. Overall very happy with the purchase and craftmanship of the product.”
