We purchased a 2 part desk almost a year ago that was beautiful. However, within a few months we noticed powderpost beetle activity in the desk. Blake recommended some things to try that were unsuccessful so we took the desk back to Blake for him to work on. Initially he was also unsuccessful so offered a new desk that we agreed to. However, he changed his mind and wanted to try one more option. We picked up the desk today and there are scars on the desk from the bug activity. When we expressed dissatisfaction, Blake said it was the best he could do. This is very disappointing customer service and we will not continue with any other projects with him.

I've bought two pieces of furniture from Elpis and love both of them. The quality is excellent. I enjoyed dealing with Blake and his employees. They took great care to listen to me and created the custom look that I desired. The photo shows the mini conference table that I bought to sit in my office. It's maple with lots of color and character.

Elpis made two custom benches for our Lobby and they are beautiful and sturdy! We have made several decor changes since owning them and they have fit right into each change we have made: timeless.

I am so impressed with the quality and workmanship of my black walnut coffee table... I was able to select the perfect slab and choose the finish, it turned out beautifully. Blake was so kind and considerate, I had never order on-line before and he did exactly what he said he would do. The cost and the turnaround project completion time was spot on. The table shipping package was so efficient, that if it had fallen from space it could have survived. I will order again for sure. Fabulous work to Blake and his team. Elpis and Wood develop fantastic relationships with their clients to collaboratively produce one of a kind pieces of functional "art". Our house has become our gallery as we picked up 3 pieces of unique design from E & W. Prices are very competitive with local comparable options. Blake has made several pieces of live edge furniture for me, including a coffee table, entertainment console, foyer table, and side table for my dining room. All of the pieces were exceptionally well executed. He provided excellent guidance in selecting the slabs for the tables and completed the projects on time.
