“James provided architectural services to secure planning permission to extend our house at ground and first floor level, to the side and rear. Being located within a conservation area, visible from the street and on a tight plot, the design needed to be carefully considered, balancing our aspirations and the requirements of the Council. This James secured. Following the grant of permission, James assisted with the commissioning of the contractor, providing detailed working drawings, scope of work and attended on site during the construction phase. We are extremely pleased with the result. The extension is sympathetic to the architecture of the original house but provides a contemporary and spacious addition, which is highly functional as well as being aesthetically pleasing. James provided excellent advice at all stages in a calming manner, which was most welcome at the more challenging stages of the consenting and implementation process.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“Living through a kitchen extension on a terraced London house isn't fun. We both work full-time and have two children at school so returning at the end of each day to the property once works had commenced could be a little stressful; but PlusRooms protected our downstairs areas, created a temporary kitchen for us and were really considerate of the fact we were living through the works. They project managed the whole thing right from design, costing, adjustments, planning, build scheduling, (prompting us what to buy and when), right through the build - and we couldn't be more delighted with our new space. Living through building works is unpleasant but was made less so with Robbie and James' support and professionalism. We had the odd snagging that needed resolving at the end of the job, which you would always expect, so we are more than happy to recommend PlusRooms and may be using them again next year!”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“What can I say. Scott, Su and the gang are amazing. We used 6:59 Ltd for a rear two story extension and to gut the rest of house re-doing our entire electrics, ceilings and more. After already having an extension completed on our house previously, we were determined to find the right building company that could deliver on all aspects. Feedback into the design, project mgt, open and honest communications, and a team that cared about what they were doing (building our dream home). We are SOO pleased that we choose Scott and the 6:59 team. Work hard, respect everything, and deliver the highest quality workmanship around. I can 100% say that we'll never use any other building/construction company every again other than 6:59 Ltd. “Working with Salil and his team was actually enjoyable! The project planning was smooth; Salil was very amendable through the design process and gave great suggestions/challenged alot of our ideas, all in our best interest. The project was quoted and budgeted and actually completed on time and on budget! He managed to get the kitchen reno finished in time for our Christmas hosting commitments which was a huge pressure for the team. Every detail was well thought-out and the quality of the kitchen is still excellent. I am already thinking about what next house projects to start and I would only think of going with Salil. He's very trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable about construction projects and I loved having him as our project manager.”

“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”
