This 1970s home still had its original siding! No amount of paint could improve the existing T1-11 wood composite siding. The old siding not only look bad but it would not withstand many more years of Colorado’s climate. It was time to replace all of this home’s siding! Colorado Siding Repair installed James Hardie fiber cement lap siding and HardieShingle® siding in Boothbay Blue with Arctic White trim. Those corbels were original to the home. We removed the existing paint and stained them to match the homeowner’s brand new garage door. The transformation is utterly jaw-dropping! Richmond Hill Design + Build brings you this gorgeous American four-square home, crowned with a charming, black metal roof in Richmond’s historic Ginter Park neighborhood! Situated on a .46 acre lot, this craftsman-style home greets you with double, 8-lite front doors and a grand, wrap-around front porch. This charming craftsman built home located in The Waters of Deerfield within San Antonio, TX, required repairs to wood trim, pergola, and railing, plus stucco areas, prior to painting. 4 colors were used in different areas of the house with the primary color being Sage. Hardi-board siding, soffit, and fascia painted with SW Duration paint and Stucco surfaces painted with SW Loxon Elastomeric Paint.

Side view of this expansive architectural asphalt roof in Hamden, CT depicting the flat EPDM roofing as well as ridge caps and valley flashing. This project had us take the old roof down to the rafters, replacing all the decking with 1/2 inch CDX sheathing. We then covered the roof with full GAF ice and water membrane, replaced the valley and protrusion flashing with 16oz red copper and replaced the flat membrane roofing with Firestone EPDM. The architectural asphalt shingles we put on the primary residence and garage were in antique slate.

The stone veneer contained multiple colors. We went with a warm gray to blend in with the tones of the stone, The black on the door gives the exterior elegance and gravitas.
