Popular from about 1890 through 1940, Tudor is characterized by steeply pitched roofs, massive chimneys, tall narrow casement windows and decorative half-timbering. Shingle’s hallmarks include shingled walls, an asymmetrical façade, intersecting cross gables and extensive porches. A masterpiece of wood and stone, there is nothing ordinary about Rookwood, which combines the best of both worlds. Once inside the foyer, the 3,500-square foot main level opens with a 27-foot central living room with natural fireplace. Nearby is a large kitchen featuring an extended island, hearth room and butler’s pantry with an adjacent formal dining space near the front of the house. Also featured is a sun room and spacious study, both perfect for relaxing, as well as two nearby garages that add up to almost 1,500 square foot of space. A neutral colour palate sets a calm and relaxing atmosphere for this ensuite bath. Working with an existing footprint the layout was reconfigured for maximum result. The vanity is the focal point with its unique wall cabinets and mirror configuration. These provide toiletry storage without compromising counter space. The traditional wall mount faucet matches the tub faucet in its character. Undermount tub and sink, marble shower seat and niche, and continuous marble trim all demonstrate exact attention to detail.

Guest bathroom / kids bathroom that was modernized a bit in style but still preserved some classical items so not to stray to far away from the houses original style. The floor is matte finish marble, same marble continues also on the pony wall and the shower dam. The shower is a walk-in shower since the space is limited and a door swinging will block the space. The vanity is made out of walnut and its completely custom made.

Interior and Exterior Renovations to existing HGTV featured Tiny Home. We modified the exterior paint color theme and painted the interior of the tiny home to give it a fresh look. The interior of the tiny home has been decorated and furnished for use as an AirBnb space. Outdoor features a new custom built deck and hot tub space.

The guest bathroom matches the design of the master bath, with a large corner shower with white subway tile and white mosaic tile.
