Align Design LLCThis project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.

All fixtures, sink, tub, vanity, toilet, and window will be replaced with beehive Carrera marble on the floor and Carrera marble subway tile three by fives on the wall

Aleto Construction GroupA gorgeous arts and crafts style home's garage was transformed into a bathroom and music room. The owner wanted to use decorative tile from Motawi Tileworks and we designed the entire space around those tiles to be sure they were the centerpieces of the bathroom. The renovation gave the first floor of the home a full accessible bathroom for guests and a place for the homeowner to relax and play music. The home's original wood work was pristine throughout and we brought that gorgeous look into the new spaces flawlessly.

TATCOR Building & RemodelingWe added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. The shower and tub combo feature a glass sliding door, one wall of dark pebble tiles, and convenient shelving. Recessed lighting was added to provide better lighting while in the shower but also for the rest of the bathroom. It was smartly designed so that the light would shine off the stark white floor to brighten the whole space.
Pierre Jean-Baptiste InteriorsPierre Jean-Baptiste planned & designed this miniscule bathroom in what is known as “Mission Style”. We added light grey wainscoting with dark brown (Sherwin Williams SW 7025) low VOC wall paint above to add contrast to the newly added custom wainscotting. All trim, ceiling panels, and the vanity is crafted of reclaimed wood. We integrated LED recessed ceiling lights to reduce power consumption. Grab bars were placed to assist in the client’s mobility as required due to a recent surgery. Overall, this bathroom achieved the goal of being environmentally friendly as well as design conscious.

TATCOR Building & RemodelingWe added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. These same tiles were used half-way up the wall with traditional crown molding separating it from the beige painted walls.
A beautiful quartz countertop was placed on top of the dark cherry wood vanity. Columns of drawers were installed to provide plenty of storage space for bathroom essentials and toiletries.

Жилой дом для семьи из 3-х человек. По желанию заказчиков под одной крышей собраны и жилые помещения, мастерская, зона бассейна и бани. На улице, но под общей крышей находится летняя кухня и зона барбекю. Интерьеры выполнены в строгом классическом стиле. Холл отделён от зоны гостиной и кухни – столовой конструкцией из порталов, выполненной из натурального дерева по индивидуальному проекту. В интерьерах применено множество индивидуальных изделий: витражные светильники, роспись, стеллажи для библиотеки.
Вместе с домом проектировался у участок. Благодаря этому удалось создать единую продуманную композицию , учесть множество нюансов, и заложить основы будущих элементов архитектуры участка, которые будут воплощены в будущем.
