Welcome to our latest kitchen renovation project, where classic French elegance meets contemporary design in the heart of Great Falls, VA. In this transformation, we aim to create a stunning kitchen space that exudes sophistication and charm, capturing the essence of timeless French style with a modern twist. Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. The rich green hue, reminiscent of lush gardens, brings a touch of the outdoors into the space, creating a unique and refreshing visual appeal. The cabinets will be thoughtfully placed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the project, our focus is on creating a seamless integration of design elements to produce a cohesive and visually stunning kitchen. The cabinetry, hood, light fixture, and other details will be meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, ensuring longevity and a timeless appeal. Our client wanted plenty of room for their big family to store snacks, treats, and ingredients. So we built them an entire addition just for their pantry. Their new pantry is outfitted with double ovens and additional storage space. We opted to use the same cabinetry and pulls as the kitchen, but we painted them white and switched up the hardware for added interest. We topped off the pantry design with delicate, floral wallpaper and floating shelves.

The most elegant, cozy, quaint, french country kitchen in the heart of Roland Park. Simple shaker-style white cabinets decorated with a mix of lacquer gold latches, knobs, and ring pulls. Custom french-cafe-inspired hood with an accent of calacattta marble 3x6 subway tile. A center piece of the white Nostalgie Series 36 Inch Freestanding Dual Fuel Range with Natural Gas and 5 Sealed Brass Burners to pull all the gold accents together. Small custom-built island wrapped with bead board and topped with a honed Calacatta Vagli marble with ogee edges. Black ocean honed granite throughout kitchen to bring it durability, function, and contrast!

The French-inspired kitchen extends into the living room allowing for premium entertaining and living. The flat panel cabinets are handpainted and distressed giving a customized sense of elegance. The white marble countertops and expansive island allow for plenty of workspace while the island extends allowing for comfortable, custom upholstered bar seats to be tucked underneath. The carved corbels lifting the island and vent hood display exquisite baroque detail. The glass tiled backsplash seamlessly integrates into the countertop letting the detailed ironwork to be proudly displayed.

This custom IKEA kitchen remodel was designed by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room expanding the space creating a larger kitchen with eat-in island. The custom IKEA cabinet fronts and walnut cabinets were built by Dendra Doors. We created a custom exhaust hood for under $1,800 using the IKEA DATID fan insert and building a custom surround painted white with walnut trim providing a minimalistic appearance at an affordable price. The tile on the back of the island was hand painted and imported to us finishing off this quirky one of a kind kitchen.
