SB apt is the result of a renovation of a 95 sqm apartment. Originally the house had narrow spaces, long narrow corridors and a very articulated living area. The request from the customers was to have a simple, large and bright house, easy to clean and organized. Through our intervention it was possible to achieve a result of lightness and organization. It was essential to define a living area free from partitions, a more reserved sleeping area and adequate services. The obtaining of new accessory spaces of the house made the client happy, together with the transformation of the bathroom-laundry into an independent guest bathroom, preceded by a hidden, capacious and functional laundry. The palette of colors and materials chosen is very simple and constant in all rooms of the house. Furniture, lighting and decorations were selected following a careful acquaintance with the clients, interpreting their personal tastes and enhancing the key points of the house.

In this gorgeous Carmel residence, the primary objective for the great room was to achieve a more luminous and airy ambiance by eliminating the prevalent brown tones and refinishing the floors to a natural shade. The kitchen underwent a stunning transformation, featuring white cabinets with stylish navy accents. The overly intricate hood was replaced with a striking two-tone metal hood, complemented by a marble backsplash that created an enchanting focal point. The two islands were redesigned to incorporate a new shape, offering ample seating to accommodate their large family. In the butler's pantry, floating wood shelves were installed to add visual interest, along with a beverage refrigerator. The kitchen nook was transformed into a cozy booth-like atmosphere, with an upholstered bench set against beautiful wainscoting as a backdrop. An oval table was introduced to add a touch of softness. To maintain a cohesive design throughout the home, the living room carried the blue and wood accents, incorporating them into the choice of fabrics, tiles, and shelving. This gorgeous powder room was made with woodgrain marble and includes a wide, fully-covered, seamless vanity cabinet and top with an undermounted sink. The walls, floor, a bench, and a windowsill were also made of the same marble.

既存の建物は鉄骨３階建てで、１階は駐車スペース２台分のピロティ、２・３階はそれぞれ賃貸住宅と貸していましたが、１階と２階を４人家族のための住宅にするというリノベーションです。 １階は、２台分の駐車スペースの１台分を水周りと子供部屋にしました。 ２階は、元々バルコニーだったのを内部化して、外側にポリカーボネートを貼りました。この住宅の前には工場があり内部が丸見えになりいつもカーテンを閉め切った生活でしたが、ポリカーボネートの壁によって内部に光を取り入れながら、真向かいの工場からの視線を気にせず生活ができる様に柔らかくプライバシーを守りました。 ２階のプランは、T字型の壁を中央に置き、三分割したスペースにリビング・ダイニングとキッチン、それにメインベットルームを割当てました。 T字の壁の３つのスペースには、それぞれに３種類の仕上げを施しました。 リビング・ダイニングには桐の板、キッチンにはモザイクタイル、そしてメインベットルームにはカーペットです。

We first worked with these clients in their Toronto home. They recently moved to a new-build in Kleinburg. While their Toronto home was traditional in style and décor, they wanted a more transitional look for their new home. We selected a neutral colour palette of creams, soft grey/blues and added punches of bold colour through art, toss cushions and accessories. All furnishings were curated to suit this family’s lifestyle. They love to host and entertain large family gatherings so maximizing seating in all main spaces was a must. The kitchen table was custom-made to accommodate 12 people comfortably for lunch or dinner or friends dropping by for coffee. Квартира 78 м2 в доме 1980-го года постройки. Заказчиком проекта стал молодой мужчина, который приобрёл эту квартиру для своей матери. Стиль сразу был определён как «итальянская классика», что полностью соответствовало пожеланиям женщины, которая впоследствии стала хозяйкой данной квартиры. При создании интерьера активно использованы такие элементы как пышная гипсовая лепнина, наборный паркет, натуральный мрамор. Практически все элементы мебели, кухня, двери, выполнены по индивидуальным чертежам на итальянских фабриках.
