This 3,569-square foot, 3-story new build was part of Dallas's Green Build Program. This minimalist rocker pad boasts beautiful energy efficiency, painted brick, wood beams and serves as the perfect backdrop to Dallas' favorite landmarks near popular attractions, like White Rock Lake and Deep Ellum; a melting pot of art, music, and nature. Walk into this home and you're greeted with industrial accents and minimal Mid-Century Modern flair. Expansive windows flood the open-floor plan living room/dining area in light. The homeowner wanted a pristine space that reflects his love of alternative rock bands. To bring this into his new digs, all the walls were painted white and we added pops of bold colors through custom-framed band posters, paired with velvet accents, vintage-inspired patterns, and jute fabrics. A modern take on hippie style with masculine appeal. A gleaming example of how eclectic-chic living can have a place in your modern abode, showcased by nature, music memorabilia and bluesy hues. The bedroom is a masterpiece of contrast. The dark hued walls contrast with the room's luxurious velvet cognac bed. Fluted mid-century furniture is found alongside metal and wood accents with greenery, which help to create an opulent, welcoming atmosphere for this home. “When people come to my home, the first thing they say is that it looks like a magazine! Powder bath is a mod-inspired blend of old and new. The floating vanity is reminiscent of an old, reclaimed cabinet and bejeweled with gold and black glass hardware. A Carrara marble vessel sink has an organic curved shape, while a spunky black and white hexagon tile is embedded with the mirror. Gold pendants flank the mirror for an added glitz.

We have incorporated the pooja unit in the dining area next to the partition, this pooja unit is neither a traditional nor a modern unit , it’s a combination of both; and the back panel is done with white marble and “Ganesh Mantra” has been carved on the same.⠀ Modern classic-theme-dining table is a made with veneer and solid wood painted supports. On one side of this table we have a bench which resembles the dining table design and the other side we kept two high back classic chairs with leatherette finish, and we have also added a pendant lamp to improve the overall aesthetics of this area. ⠀

The client came to us looking for a bathroom remodel for their Glen Park home. They had two seemingly opposing interests—creating a spa getaway and a child-friendly bathroom. The space served many roles. It was the main guest restroom, mom’s get-ready and relax space, and the kids’ stomping grounds. We took all of these functional needs and incorporated them with mom’s aesthetic goals. First, we doubled the medicine cabinets to provide ample storage space. Rounded-top, dark metal mirrors created a soft but modern appearance. Then, we paired these with a wooden floating vanity with black hardware and a simple white sink. This piece brought in a natural, spa feel and made space for the kids to store their step stool. We enveloped the room with a simple stone floor and white subway tiles set vertically to elongate the small space. As the centerpiece, we chose a large, sleek tub and surrounded it in an entirely unique textured stone tile. Tactile and warm, the tile created a soothing, restful environment. We added an inset for storage, plenty of black metal hooks for the kids’ accessories, and modern black metal faucets and showerheads. Finally, we accented the space with orb sconces for a starlet illusion. Once the design was set, we prepared site measurements and permit drawings, sourced all materials, and vetted contractors. We assisted in working with vendors and communicating between all parties. This little space now serves as the portfolio piece of the home.
