SB apt is the result of a renovation of a 95 sqm apartment. Originally the house had narrow spaces, long narrow corridors and a very articulated living area. The request from the customers was to have a simple, large and bright house, easy to clean and organized. Through our intervention it was possible to achieve a result of lightness and organization. It was essential to define a living area free from partitions, a more reserved sleeping area and adequate services. The obtaining of new accessory spaces of the house made the client happy, together with the transformation of the bathroom-laundry into an independent guest bathroom, preceded by a hidden, capacious and functional laundry. The palette of colors and materials chosen is very simple and constant in all rooms of the house. Furniture, lighting and decorations were selected following a careful acquaintance with the clients, interpreting their personal tastes and enhancing the key points of the house.

Le projet Gaîté est une rénovation totale d’un appartement de 85m2. L’appartement avait baigné dans son jus plusieurs années, il était donc nécessaire de procéder à une remise au goût du jour. Nous avons conservé les emplacements tels quels. Seul un petit ajustement a été fait au niveau de l’entrée pour créer une buanderie. Le vert, couleur tendance 2020, domine l’esthétique de l’appartement. On le retrouve sur les façades de la cuisine signées Bocklip, sur les murs en peinture, ou par touche sur le papier peint et les éléments de décoration. Les espaces s’ouvrent à travers des portes coulissantes ou la verrière permettant à la lumière de circuler plus librement.

il bagno ospiti è caratterizzato da un rivestimento a tutta altezza in gres effetto cemento di grande effetto scenografico, il tutto è ancora più enfatizzato dalla gestione delle luci sia a soffitto con una illuminazione diretta/indiretta che dall'utilizzo del parquet effetto rovere anche nel bagno, in continuità con tutto l'appartamento.

La transformation de cette salle de bain révèle un changement radical, passant d’un espace classique et lumineux à une atmosphère résolument moderne, chic et sophistiquée. Avant les travaux, la pièce se présentait avec un revêtement en pierre beige clair, un meuble double vasque blanc et une disposition simple et fonctionnelle. L’ensemble, bien que propre et harmonieux, manquait de profondeur visuelle et de caractère. Après la rénovation, l’espace adopte une tout autre identité. Le sol a été entièrement remplacé par de grands carreaux 120 × 60 cm, offrant une sensation d’ampleur et une esthétique contemporaine. Les murs sont désormais habillés d’une crédence en marbre noir spectaculaire, montée jusqu’au plafond. Le veinage sombre et élégant apporte une dimension luxueuse, créant un contraste fort avec la luminosité du sol. La baignoire a été remplacée par une baignoire noire, élément fort de la nouvelle ambiance. Elle s’intègre parfaitement dans ce décor sombre et raffiné, contribuant à une atmosphère à la fois moderne, intimiste et extrêmement chic. Le meuble vasque, désormais noir lui aussi, s’accompagne d’une robinetterie assortie et d’un miroir rétroéclairé qui accentue l’élégance de l’ensemble. Le radiateur sèche-serviettes noir complète cette harmonie ton sur ton. Cette rénovation réussit à métamorphoser une salle de bain classique en un espace contemporain au caractère affirmé, où chaque détail participe à créer un univers cohérent, sophistiqué et résolument haut de gamme.
