Gorgeous blues, reds, and greys make a statement in this Buckhead renovation, leaving our clients with an updated home with plenty of character! We wanted to keep the design cohesive, which is why we incorporated similar color schemes throughout while playing with the saturation and hues, and preventing the home from looking monotonous or overpowered by color. We upgraded all of the client's furniture, artwork, accessories, lighting, and window treatments as well as installed new hardwood floors. The new floors paired with the newly painted walls and warm-colored textiles, came together beautifully, offering our clients a timeless design. Home located in Buckhead, Atlanta. Notre client souhaitait augmenter la valeur mensuelle de son appartement meublé à louer, et avec notre aide, il a réussi à obtenir 30 % de plus par mois ! Le design de l'appartement était charmant, avec un plafond atypique en hauteur, une mezzanine et de jolis sols en carrelage de marbre... Cependant, l'endroit était dégradé après des années de locataires négligents. Pour le salon, l'endroit nécessitait un nettoyage en profondeur et un polissage des sols. Tous les murs devaient être réparés, de même que les joints et les plinthes. Ensuite, les stores électriques devaient être remplacés. Pour la nouvelle décoration du salon, nous avons choisi une palette de couleurs "Bleu Cyclone" de Ressources pour ajouter du drame et de la profondeur, et un blanc pur pour les autres murs afin d'apporter un maximum de lumière naturelle. La recherche de produits pour ce projet était un peu compliqué car le budget du client était très serré et tous les produits devaient être durables pour une utilisation locative. Pour cette raison, nous avons opté pour des trouvailles d'occasion, comme ce superbe canapé en cuir et la vieille table à manger en bois. Pour éviter que la décoration ne paraisse trop chargée, nous avons associé ces articles d'occasion à des touches modernes, comme les chaises au style contemporain que nous avons également trouvées d'occasion. Le résultat est une belle pièce, confortable et fonctionnelle qui attire les clients à budget plus élevé et qui est suffisamment robuste pour résister confortablement à un fort roulement de locataires.

This is a great small space that needed a total refresh. The project included fresh paint and lighting, new rugs, furniture, art and accessories. The dramatic change in the look of the space truly is from correct paint colors, lighting and furniture. The client was so happy!!!

For the painted brick wall, we decided to keep the decor fairly natural with pops of color via the plants and texture via the woven elements. Having the T.V. on the mantel place wasn’t ideal but it was practical. As mentioned, this is the where the family gathers to read, watch T.V. and to live life. The T.V. had to stay. Ideally, we had hoped to offset the T.V. a bit from the fireplace instead of having it directly above it but again functionality ruled over aesthetic as the cables only went so far. We made up for it by creating visual interest through Rebecca’s unique collection of pieces.
