Just on the other side of the kitchen buffet is a pull down Murphy bed. Necessary because the Entire apartment (including bathroom) is 490 Sq. Ft.! Existing hydronic Baseboard radiators had to be relocated to accommodate the Murphy unit

The centerpiece and focal point to this tiny home living room is the grand circular-shaped window which is actually two half-moon windows jointed together where the mango woof bar-top is placed. This acts as a work and dining space. Hanging plants elevate the eye and draw it upward to the high ceilings. Colors are kept clean and bright to expand the space. The love-seat folds out into a sleeper and the ottoman/bench lifts to offer more storage. The round rug mirrors the window adding consistency. This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.

The Cerulean Blues became more than a pop color in this living room. Here they speak as part of the wall painting, glass cylinder lamp, X-Bench from JA, and the geometric area rug pattern. Добавьте точечные источники света, встраиваемые светильники, бра. А естественный свет из окон должен отражаться от светлой мебели и стен. Зеркала А также зеркальные поверхности. Отлично множат свет и расширяют пространство. Интересное решение - зеркало, встроенное в нишу в стене. Комната будет казаться больше из-за отражения. Обман зрения Видели крутые картинки из интернета, которые создают эффект движения? На одну стену можно наклеить обои с перспективой: дорога вдаль, веранда, улица. И вот уже комната не так и мала. Легкая мебель С дизайном квартиры покончено, теперь приступаем к обстановке. Хотите громоздкий обеденный стол? Не рекомендую. Чем легче мебель - тем лучше. Открытые полки вместо книжных шкафов - отличное решение. До потолка Кстати, о полках. Используйте пространство стен по максимуму - заказывайте книжные шкафы до самого потолка. Вешайте полки как можно выше. Встроенные шкафы В идеале с раздвижными дверями. А еще неплохо смотрятся варианты с ширмой или занавеской. Для маленькой гостиной лучше заказать мебель, чтобы не купить стандартный вариант, который не подойдет. Освободить плинтус Самая большая обманка - расставить мебель возле стен. Диваны, кресла и столы лучше отодвинуть. За счет этого пространство будет казаться больше.

Conception d'un projet à Moscou dans un appartement soviétique. Avec ce projet, j'ai participé une émission télévisée sur la chaîne russe TNT. Pour mettre en valeur les meubles rétro que j’ai conservé j’ai joué avec les couleurs et la lumière ce qui a permis d’allier ancien et modernité, de rénover en préservant l’âme de l’appartement.

When challenged with the task of turning 500 or so square feet into the most functional residential space one could dream of, the limits of the words “tiny house” did little to falter the creativity and good executed design of this project. From a logistical standpoint, the square footage absolutely had to stay small – but there are so many inventive ways to use that space and end up with something that looks much more finished and comfortable than a camper! Pivoting through each functional item on the list – from the kitchen to the bedroom, and the loft space to the little side yard – all of the “comforts” of easy living were still incorporated for a super stylish end result! To begin at the beginning – the core needs were to develop a functional cooking and dining space, small gathering area for TV, a bedroom that offered comfortable sleeping quarters, full bathroom with walk in shower and walk-in closet with laundry… of and of course, any extra storage we could muster! The kitchen design focused on a great “galley” style layout split strategically by a side entry door to a sweet outdoor dining and cocktail space. Capitalizing on a long island that met the side wall, we were able to include more shallow storage on the back of the island beside the pair of counterstools. Mirroring the fridge wall with a built in pantry and storage bench, this half of the main living area provides a comfortable but sweetly styled area for bistro table dining and lots of fun display and closed storage. Across the room is the living area – with windows perfectly placed for real furniture and a fabulous statement art piece! While the spiral stairs to the loft storage space interject some here, their low profile keeps the visual really clean. As a hub of the home – this area is the main entry / dining / entertaining / storage / kitchen all in one! Moving to the back side of the house, accenting the smaller bedroom size with a big picture window adds so much beautiful light and a lofty feel to this “master”. Tucking a small vanity/desk area into the corner allowed for really great dedicated storage and work space that meets a multitude of needs (and keeps things sort of tucked away so that when guests come by there isn’t a lot of clutter seen through the doorway! The master bath is 100% style with the cheerful and funky tile that offers a HUGE aesthetic impact for such a small space. Eclectic lighting and a pretty, softly patterned wallpaper layer up the details too. Then the closet houses a stackable washer dryer (that just! fit through the door!) and ample storage for a full wardrobe. When gazing up – we just love LOVE the view to the pitch of the ceiling and the painted box beams that offer such a perfectly clean visual to collect the feel of the overall home. As a makeshift guest room and storage area, the loft offers ample space for bulkier items and things that need to be tucked away on a daily basis – but as needed offers up a comfy little home-away-from-home for anyone sleeping over. Hidden up here also is the HVAC and water heater so the “side” attic also has some closed off storage that can be used for items that don’t need a temp controlled environment. Overall – we love the feel of this home space and while “tiny” in size, it really does deliver in so many ways when it comes to style! Like a dollhouse for adults ? We can’t wait to build our next one!!

Небольшую однушку в ЖК «Калейдоскоп» в Санкт-Петербурге мужчина приобрел с ремонтом от застройщика. На маленькой площади хотелось выделить максимум зон: и спальню, и гостиную, и функциональную кухню. Кроме того, пожеланием владельца была организация гардеробной при входе в комнату. Самостоятельно продумать планировку не удавалось.
