I called Showhomes Houston when I was hired to sell a home that I knew should be staged. It was a mid-century modern home, and would require a certain style of furniture to go along with the style of the home. Shelley and her team knew exactly what to do it and we received an offer within 8 days. I had over 40 people come to my open house and everyone raved at how the home looked and some even asked if the furniture came with it. I loved working with Showhomes Houston and would love to work with them again.

I am so glad that I was able to have Showhomes Houston to stage my house. I had the home on the market for 4 months with little traction prior to consultation with Showhomes. Shelley came in and provided her styling plan on how to showcase the beauty of the house. She worked on maximize the use of my own furnishings and only bought in a few needed additions from their inventory. I successfully sold my home shortly after at a great price. I credit the results to Shelley and her team on their magic touches. I highly recommend Showhomes Houston for anyone trying to sell a house.

The décor was on point and beautiful, I received wonderful feedback from those that came by the home. I have nothing but great things to say about Showhomes Houston. Shelley and her team are experts at positioning real estate to move fast. We had our house on the market for nearly 4 months prior to our consultation with Showhomes. While we had a lot of traffic and positive feedback, there was still something missing. Shelley came in and analyzed the layout, photos and feedback and presented us with a restyling plan that maximized the use of our own furnishings with a few additions from their curated inventory. Our house sold within one week of her intervention. Shelley's consultation not only helped our house to sell, but positioned it for the best effective price. I’m actually using some of her staging ideas in my new home which is an historic craftsman in Galveston.
