Embark on a culinary crave with this classic gray and white family kitchen. We chose a warm neutral color for the cabinetry and enhanced this warmth with champagne gold cabinet hardware. These warm gray cabinets can be found at your neighborhood Lowes while the champagne hardware are designed by Atlas. Add another accent of shine to your kitchen and check out the mother of pearl diamond mosaic tile backsplash by Jeffrey Court, as seen here. Adding this hint of sparkle to your small space will allow your kitchen to stay bright and chic. Don't be afraid to mix metals or color. This island houses the glass cook top with a stainless steel hood above the island, and we added a matte black as our finish for the Edison lighting as well as black bar stool seating to tie it all together. The Taj Mahal white Quartzite counter tops are a beauty. The contrast in color creates dimension to your small kitchen layout and will continually catch your eye. Central Park kitchen upgraded with a more functional layout customized to suite family's needs. Eat at island added and floor to ceiling pantry cabinets for tons of storage. Opened up kitchen to adjacent living space to keep the family connected.

This Split Level home from the 1960s got a bit of a facelift in a reconfigured kitchen and adjoining living space. Once a dark and tiny kitchen hidden away behind a wall with a postage stamp dining area that spilled into the living room. Taking down the wall and adding a doorway on the load-bearing wall opened up the space and let light in without adding cost. Another great team effort with the husband acting as the contractor and the wife buddying up with me on design decisions, we were able to keep the costs down and spend a little more on the beautiful Quartzite countertops. They can easily fit 6 at the counter and still have room to cook to their hearts content! The adjoining living space has a good start with a quality sofa, carpet, comfy chair, console and drapery. New windows are soon to come along with roman shades and some side tables. But for now, this feels good.

Au sortir de la pandémie, de nombreuses surfaces commerciales se sont retrouvées désaffectées de leurs fonctions et occupants. C’est ainsi que ce local à usage de bureaux fut acquis par les propriétaires dans le but de le convertir en appartement destiné à la location hôtelière. Deux mots d’ordre pour cette transformation complète : élégance et raffinement, le tout en intégrant deux chambres et deux salles d’eau dans cet espace de forme carrée, dont seul un mur comportait des fenêtres. Le travail du plan et de l’optimisation spatiale furent cruciaux dans cette rénovation, où les courbes ont naturellement pris place dans la forme des espaces et des agencements afin de fluidifier les circulations. Moulures, parquet en Point de Hongrie et pierres naturelles se sont associées à la menuiserie et tapisserie sur mesure afin de créer un écrin fonctionnel et sophistiqué, où les lignes tantôt convexes, tantôt concaves, distribuent un appartement de trois pièces haut de gamme.

The true testament to a modern kitchen is its minimalistic approach. This beautiful walnut kitchen is accented by the white high gloss cabinetry portrayed in both the main kitchen and prep kitchen. We also included a walnut dry bar to make sure dinner parties had two separate areas for food presentation and drinks.
