This client needed a place to entertain by the pool. They had already done their “inside” kitchen with Bilotta and so returned to design their outdoor space. All summer they spend a lot of time in their backyard entertaining guests, day and night. But before they had their fully designed outdoor space, whoever was in charge of grilling would feel isolated from everyone else. They needed one cohesive space to prep, mingle, eat and drink, alongside their pool. They did not skimp on a thing – they wanted all the bells and whistles: a big Wolf grill, plenty of weather resistant countertop space for dining (Lapitec - Grigio Cemento, by Eastern Stone), an awning (Durasol Pinnacle II by Gregory Sahagain & Sons, Inc.) that would also keep bright light out of the family room, lights, and an indoor space where they could escape the bugs if needed and even watch TV. The client was thrilled with the outcome - their complete vision for an ideal outdoor entertaining space came to life. Cabinetry is Lynx Professional Storage Line. The addition of a striking glass extension creates an amazing Wow factor to this Georgian Rectory in Kent. Oversized stained walnut doors and drawers complement the scale and proportions of the house perfectly and allow for endless storage. The inclusion of a secret door through to the boot room and cloakroom beyond creates a seamless furniture design in the open plan kitchen. Slab end quartz worktops offset the dark walnut beautifully. A magnificent property built within a small private estate in a select area of Nottinghamshire. This exceptional family smart home is furnished with a beautiful walled garden and impeccable décor throughout the interior. Intecho designed and delivered smart home systems to the residence as-well a spa and treatment rooms and a CEDIA award nominated home cinema, which are situated in the basement of this exquisite home.

This newly remodeled family home and in law unit in San Anselmo is 4000sf of light and space. The first designer was let go for presenting grey one too many times. My task was to skillfully blend all the color my clients wanted from their mix of Latin, Hispanic and Italian heritage and get it to read successfully. Wow, no easy feat. Clients alway teach us so much. I learned that much more color could work than I ever thought possible.

A large hallway just off of the kitchen was transformed from closet storage into a butler pantry and powder room, still with plenty of walk space. Cindy Juillet of Reico Kitchen & Bath in King of Prussia, PA collaborated with Greg Amey to design a beautiful Old World inspired French Country style kitchen featuring Ultracraft Cabinetry. The kitchen showcases the Ultracraft Oakland Park door style in Maple with a Moon Bay Brown Linen Low Sheen finish. The perimeter countertop is Valente Pearl quartz by Corian, while the island countertop features Nocturne by LG Viatera. “We appreciate Cindy’s advice in making design choices, both in the details and in the overall layout, while at the same time honoring our wishes. We wanted the look of an Old World/French Country kitchen to match the French Normandy style of our older home. We got it! The layout of the large space makes food prep and entertaining easy and fun,” said the client. Cindy mentioned that the biggest challenge designing this kitchen was the space was very large. “The client wanted to combine the existing small kitchen and dining room into one large kitchen and also have enough room for a 12-seat dining table. I wanted to make sure that everything would flow and be cohesive. They love to cook so I incorporated a 48" stove with plenty of counter top space on either side,” said Cindy.
