Location: Nantucket, MA, USA A gorgeous New England beach compound which features a tranquil, sophisticated kitchen. The blue backsplash is the perfect backdrop to a sunny breakfast at the island or a glamorous dinner party in the paneled banquet. The cabinets are accented with hand-made European hardware that enhances the bespoke nature of the kitchen. The children's bathroom has a fun penny tile on the floor juxtaposed against the over-sized subway wall tile. Атмосферная сталинка в Москве Трёхкомнатная квартира в доме 1958 года постройки. Молодая семейная пара, ребята работают в геймдеве, занимаются маркетингом игр. Проект интересен: - организованной и согласованной перепланировкой, в которой уместилось большое количество встроенного хранения корпусами икеа(сецчас их можно заменить серией из хоф) . - Разместили колонну стиральной и сушильной машин в санузле. Сделали душевую зону из стеклоблоков. - Сохранили газовое обеспечение, при этом на кухне почти все его следы закрыли. - Одну комнату оформили под кабинет с перспективой, что там будет актуальна и детская. - В спальне разместили гардеробную и ещё одно рабочее место, тк ребята периодически работают удалённо. - Бюджет берегли, применялись правила разумной экономии. В интерьере использованы отреставрированная советская мебель и люстры , сохранена родная резная розетка на потолке. - Ну и главное: результат перепланировки- избавились от длинного коридора и получили развернутое и воздушное пространство и прекрасный вид при входе. Распашные двери на балкон открывают вид на двор с пышной березой. – в интерьере много винтажа, собственно и интерьер собирали с купленных хозяйкой винтажных люстр еще до проекта

This beautiful Mediterranean - Santa Barbara home has stunning bones, but needed a refresh on some of the finishes. Although we wanted to keep a Spanish feel, we didn't want Mexican tile everywhere. The kitchen received new tile on the backsplash, counter tops, copper sinks and cabinet hardware. The wood floor that runs through out the home replaced the exiting Saltillo tile. The cooking alcove for the range top was dated and arched. We opened up the arch to a more modern square. This gave the space more room. We added new tile that still has a Spanish feel, but a bit more contemporary. The fireplace in the adjoining great room received a new façade with a teal colored aged tile. This updated the space and popped a bit of color in the room.

The Bell floor plan is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with a rear entry 2 car garage and a bonus room. This floor plan can be built in the Enclave at Kelsey Park. The Enclave is an elegant neighborhood found in Kelsey Park on the south side of Lubbock off Quaker and 137th.

The owners of a local historic Victorian home needed a kitchen that would not only meet the everyday needs of their family but also function well for large catered events. We designed the kitchen to fit with the historic architecture -- using period specific materials such as dark cherry wood, Carrera marble counters, and hexagonal mosaic floor tile. (Not to mention the unique light fixtures and custom decor throughout the home.) Just off the kitchen to the right is a butler's pantry -- storage for all the entertaining table & glassware as well as a perfect staging area. We used Wood-Mode cabinets in the Beacon Hill doorstyle -- Burgundy finish on cherry; integral raised end panels and lavish Victorian style trim are essential to the kitchen's appeal.

Here's an overall view of the kitchen. Love everything about this fresh, updated space! We painted the cabinets in Sherwin Williams' SW 7005, "Pure White".
