It was a pleasure to work with Tracy and we are delighted with our beautifully remodeled condo and have received rave reviews from many visitors. She was patient and knowledgeable and provided guidance and recommendations throughout and accommodated several changes from my side as I was a novice to home remodeling and bewildered by the vast amount of choices out there! For those who are remodeling kitchens or bathrooms, you definitely need help from a designer. Importantly, she was able to accept my choices even when she originally recommended a different approach, which is very important in a designer since you will never completely agree on everything. Because we were able to work together, the final result came together beautifully. For those who have never worked with a designer - it helps if you know in advance what you want and mentally identify the budget, style, trim and materials and colors you would like to work with BEFORE you work with a designer to put it all together. You may think that's what a designer is for but if you do, you will end up with your designer's vision, not yours. If you can develop your vision and communicate it to Tracy, she will work with you to make it happen!

Tracy was great to work with on my kitchen and laundry room remodel. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Her most helpful advice was when I was choosing color for the walls and cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, sink faucets and cabinet hardware. Tracy was the best! She helped my husband and I completely re-do our house. Our favorite part is the kitchen where she managed to maximize the limited space we have. We took down a wall which allowed for the layout we wanted! She was so easy to work with as well as super informative when it came to design materials/styles. Oy, finally have recovered from her design blunders. I will only detail one (there were several). We started our remodel before moving in while living in another state. Tracy was our designer. We needed a new front door. I asked Tracy if we could get a double. She met with contractor on site, and the contractor said nope. Ok, fine. So I need size and swing of the door. I was pretty sure door should be a right swing (from outside) as there was a wall on the right and open on left. She tells me swing left! Are you sure? Yes, there's plenty of room; you can decorate the wall; blah blah blah. Well, we are 1300 miles away, so I order door, it gets installed. What a rooky mistake! There's only 1 foot to the right of the door, so it must be open beyond 90 to let someone enter comfortably, and people all feel like they're being pushed into the wall. I've been asked many times why the door doesn't swing the other way. Grrrrrrr. So now we need to order a new door and have it installed estimate around 3k total (only because not a real expensive door). Add to her other mistakes in function and orders. Oy. Maybe ok on a small bathroom or basic kitchen, but not on a gut and rebuild. Not enough attention to detail.

This is our second time we have worked with Tracy and she delivered again. We had an idea of what we wanted before hiring Tracy but her vision and design elevated the end product way beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use Tracy again for future projects. We highly recommend her!!!

I loved working with Tracy! I originally hired Tracy for a kitchen remodel based on the look of the projects shown on her website at Houzz. I liked her aesthetic and the overall look of the completed projects. Working with her exceeded all of my expectations! She was so easy to work with, had wonderful ideas, and a great sense of humor! I chose my own general contractor and when the project was completed I asked for his feedback on working with Tracy. He had nothing but rave reviews of how easy she was to work with. In fact, he said she was one of the best designers he has ever worked with. I think that’s saying a lot! Tracy handled all of the coordination with the contractor, tile guy and countertop guy—all while we were out of the country! I had full confidence that she knew exactly what I wanted and would make sure everything was done right. I was not disappointed in the least. Came back from Europe to a brand new, gorgeous kitchen!! What an incredible designer. Tracy helped me choose wonderful tile for our kitchen bathroom, family room, and laundry room. She came to our house many times to not only to check tile placement, but to check progress. She kept all her appointments with me and went above and beyond. Her eye for style is spot on.

I highly recommend Tracy! After a leak in my kitchen led to mold remediation, I was left with the stressful task of remodeling my entire kitchen. Tracy helped me take my contractor’s initial plans and with a little tweaking and encouragement to think outside my box, she assisted me in turning my small closed off condo kitchen into space that feels so much bigger and brighter. I just love it! By removing two wing walls and soffits and then carrying the cabinets clear to the ceiling we further brightened the room with transom cabinets with lights, transforming my kitchen from DRAB to FAB!! And, the pièce de résistance was her suggestion of marble mosaic tile to the ceiling, which further accentuated my ceiling height. When my contractor ran into issues with his initial design, Tracy came to the rescue with an option B by creating a dry bar with reclaimed wood. This serving area provided a great transition and with new flooring that continues throughout, it joins the spaces into a truly spacious great room. I’m so glad I was referred to Tracy and would not hesitate to work with her again on future home improvements.

We had a laundry room flood that damaged our laundry room, guest bathroom and master bathroom. We hired Tracy to help us re-design and upgrade our builder finishes. She has great taste and picked finishes which fit our style perfectly. She was patient and grounded me when I came up with some crazy ideas. I would highly recommend Tracy for any interior design project. We will definitely use her again on future projects.

I cannot recommend Tracy more. I recently purchased a house and did a full remodel of the interior, including a complicated redesign of the kitchen layout. Tracy had a great vision for the kitchen space and had so many awesome ideas so that we could take full advantage of every square inch and still have it look fabulous. I also wanted an incredible area to retreat to and relax in my master bathroom, Tracy did not disappoint! Overall, the experience was worth it and I would ask Tracy to help on remodels in the future.

It was great to work with Tracy. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Ours was a long-distance remodel and she handled it beautifully. She always stayed in touch and communicated how things were progressing. She was our eyes and ears on the project. She helped us stay within our budget and gave us great selections to choose from. If you want a designer, pick Tracy. We had a kitchen leak that resulted in the need to demolish our very large kitchen and rebuild from the ground up. Tracy was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a similar situation. (Her kitchen turned out beautifully!) If you want a hardworking, ethical, smart, responsive designer who understands how to translate her clients’ tastes into something they will love - choose Tracy. She very quickly understood what I liked and what I didn’t. It was amazing to me that I immediately loved just about everything she selected for my consideration. She also understands how to work within the client’s budget, while still choosing quality product. Even though we had a great contractor, Tracy was an excellent “middle woman” and helped to ensure that our project stayed on track; she was always able to quickly address any questions or concerns we may have had about the process. After our kitchen was done, Tracy took me shopping for accessories and accoutrements to finish the look. She picked out kitchen furniture that I immediately loved and made sure everything was delivered and assembled to my (and her) satisfaction. Folks — you don’t find many individuals like Tracy these days. She is so committed to her clients and ensuring they are 100% satisfied. I never dreamed of having a kitchen like this — she helped turn my destroyed kitchen into a designer kitchen - and she made the process as easy as possible for me. I only wish I could afford to have Tracy redecorate my entire house! Five stars is not enough for everything that she did. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy was amazing from our first meeting to the last! She listened to our overall vision for the space and made design suggestions that fit along the way. I have worked several times with Tracy and each project has exceeded my expectations.. All of the projects have been completed through E-design. Tracy's sincerity and professionalism make completing a project this way less stressful than doing it alone and the results are truly amazing! In our previous house Tracy helped give design and color ideas for my kitchen, living room, and bathroom. She then assisted with the home staging when we went to sell. Using her suggestions on furniture placement, lighting, accessories, and colors helped our home to look it's best. The listing photos turned out amazing and we had a full price offer the first day. When we purchased our new home I knew that Tracy was the person I wanted to assist with the kitchen remodel. Through email conversations plus pictures and measurements Tracy was able to create a design that increased my storage by more than 50% while working within the existing layout of the kitchen, within the HOA plumbing/electrical rules, and within our budget. She added so many features I had never thought of that bring the kitchen to the next level. Tracy's keen eye for color and detail helped to coordinate the cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and counter tops with the existing woodwork so our entire main level flows together beautifully. I won't hesitate to hire Tracy again for my next project.

I felt an ease with Tracy from the first time we spoke over the phone. This was our first remodeling project, and I knew we would be overwhelmed by all the decisions that would have to be made. Tracy was a great help in knowing the best places to shop, picking out samples that fit our style and budget, and thinking about details that would never occur to us. Deciding on just one aspect of our remodel (tile, counter top, cabinets, flooring, etc.) would have been enough to drive me crazy, but with Tracy’s expertise and eye for design it all came together effortlessly. Throughout the project she was always pleasant, reachable, and professional. She even gave us some suggestions for future remodeling projects we have lined up.

Tracy was easy to work with and very helpful in guiding me to make good choices in kitchen backsplash tile, counter tops and sink. It was difficult trying to tie in all existing colors but I am very happy with the results. Also, Tracy was able to quickly envision a solution for fireplace/wall tile that was in proportion to the rest of the room. Tracy was always available and responsive to all my needs. We chose Tracy from this website to assist us with remodeling of two bathrooms. We liked her communication style and felt very comfortable after meeting her for the first time. She developed a design for both the master and guest bathroom that will allow us to "age in place" including widened entry doors, extra space around the toilets to allow assistance if needed, and easy entry showers. I am better with making choices when presented with a few rather than strolling around showrooms and looking for hours online. She took the time to understand my preferences and then brought me samples to choose from. Her master bath design completely rearranged the layout and became a focal point in our home. She was flexible and easy to work with. We enjoyed her infectious laughter and warm personality during the process as she managed the project and kept us informed throughout the remodel. The project was somewhat over the projected budget, but we made several changes during the remodel. It also included installation of hardwood flooring in the two bedrooms, closet organizers and custom closet doors and other minor changes. We are very pleased with the end results.

Tracy is Fantastic! She is full of great ideas and has helped us with a number of projects both large and small. Our kitchen was transformed from ordinary (at best) room to something that I wouldn't have thought possible given the size and shape that we had. Tracy helped guide our selections for cabinets, tile, colors, options, flooring, etc. I really appreciated her ability to guide our decisions so that the final products we chose fit and flowed well. Tracy has an excellent eye for what your client needs and can work on any budget-whether it be assistance with items the client already has and working on editing and rearranging, staging and accessorizing only a few areas, or whole house staging, Tracy does it all and does an incredible job!

I finally LOVE my house after 10 years of living here! I thought I was just going to repaint, but Tracy offered so much more. She really listened to what I was trying to do with a beachy-rustic theme. Not only did we paint, but we added some gorgeous new furniture at super reasonable prices. I've gotten so many compliments on my new family room/ paint colors - and I no longer am constantly window shopping for things to change the look of my house, because Tracy took care of all that for me. She also didn't waste any time showing me colors or fabrics that she knew I wouldn't be interested in.
